본문내용

Because of the decline of the U.S. real estate market, the stock market has

also declined. This has caused a serious financial crisis in the United States. The

most negative point of this financial crisis is that the world economy is inter

connected. The microcosm of the challenges many emerging markets are facing in

the current turmoil underscores the vulnerability of even larger developing

economies like South Korea to sudden disasters in global finance. For this reason,

there is a high exchange rate between the Korean won and the U.S. dollar, which

causes difficulty for Korean international students.


Fortunately, Asian governments in has been active across the

region. Because the high exchange rate has caused stock markets that are in

relatively early stages of development to make backward progress for capital

market development in Asia. However, What is the worse, many of the other Asia

markets have been hard hit. According to the I.M.F study, most of Asian

countries will be experienced degrowth in 2009.


Because of this, I chose the topic of the Effect of the financial crisis on

Korean and Asian international students.
