There are many communication issues in ServIT scenario such as Personal relationship & business relationship(Scenario 4-5, 22-23, 27-30), Miscommunication(Scenario 7-9), Conflict of job evaluation(Scenario 17, 23, 28-29), Organisational culture(Scenario 14-15, 19-20, 24), and Motivation(Scenario 12-13, 27-30, 35-37) as well as some law issues like Negotiation(Scenario 4-5), Employment agreement & Personal grievance(Scenario 16-21, 26) which led someone to join a union, Negligence(Scenario 31-34) and Offer & Acceptance(Scenario 38-40). This essay will be focused on Motivation, Organisational culture and Effective communication.
