본문내용

Article 1 - Application of UCP.

The Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credit, 1993 Revision, ICC Publication No. 500, shall apply to all Documentary Credits, (Including to the extent to which they may be applicable, Standby Letter(s) of Credit) where they are incorporated into the text of the Credit. They are binding on all parties thereto, unless otherwise expressly stipulated in the Credit.

【번역】제 1 조 화환신용장 통일규칙 및 관례의 적용.

국제상업회의소 공표 제500호, 1993년도 개정 화환신용장통일규칙 및 관례는 (적용가능한 범위 내에서 보증신용장을 포함한) 모든 화환신용장에 적용할 수 있다. 다만 이 규칙의 준거문언이 신용장의 본문에 삽입되어 있는 것을 전제로 하며, 그러한 경우 신용장에 별도의 명시적인 규정이 없는 한, 이 규칙은 모든 관계당사자를 구속한다.
