차별화 된 화장품 용기 발명 특허 사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Patent for the Invention of Differentiated Cosmetic Containers)

초록

지난해 전자상거래 화장품 수출액은 전년대비 5.4% 증가한 2억 8,100만 달러로 전체 품목 중 가장 많은 30.9%에 달했다. 긴 하지만 시류를 타지 않는 내용을 다루고 있는 만큼 우리에게도 여전히 유용한 가치를 지닐 것으로 보인다. 이처럼 화장품이 국내외 시장에서 큰 주목을 받고 있으며, 현재 산업의 발전을 위해서는 단순한 용기의 생산이 아닌 구조를 단순화하는 용기의 개발 즉, 차별화된 용기의 특허 등이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문은 차별화된 화장품 용기 발명 특허 사례를 A대학의 졸업작품을 살펴보면서 앞으로의 화장품 용기 개발 및 발명 산업에 이바지하고자 한다. 차별화된 화장품 용기 발명 특허 사례의 범위는 A대학의 2017-2022의 졸업작품에 한해서 분석하고자 한다. 분석 방법은 첫째, 103건에 해당되는 화장품 용기 발명에 대해 화장품 용기 분류를 시행해 가장 많은 발명이 적용된 화장품에 대해 파악한다. 둘째, 화장품 용기에 적용된 기술을 분류해 가장 많이 적용된 기술을 파악한다. 화장품 용기 제조방법과 관련된 금형 기술은 제외하였다, 셋째, 졸업작품에서 실용성 점수에서 가장 높은 점수를 받았던 화장품 용기 발명 사례에 대해 특징과 도면을 분석한다. 전반적인 연구의 결론은 다양한 화장품 용기가 존재하지만, A대학의 화장품 용기 발명 졸업작품을 파악했을 때, 아이섀도우 팔레트의 용기 발명이 가장 활발했다. 국내외 화장품 시장을 선도 할 때 이를 활용한다면 화장품의 신기능 추가로 활발한 신기능 화장품 시장을 선도할 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. 또한 신기술 추가 기능을 화장품 용기 발명에 적용하는 것이 다양한 기술 추가로 화장품 용기 발명으로 진행되었으면 한다. 앞으로의 화장품 용기 개발 및 발명 산업에 이바지하고자 한다. 향후 화장품 용기 개발 및 발명을 목적으로 하는 기초자료로 활용되기를 바란다.

영어초록

Exports of e-commerce cosmetics rose 5.4% year-on-year to $281 million last year, the largest amount of 30.9% among all items. However, it is still expected to have useful value for us as it deals with content that does not go with the times. As such, cosmetics are attracting great attention in domestic and foreign markets, and the development of the current industry requires the development of containers that simplify the structure, that is, patents for differentiated containers, rather than just the production of containers. Accordingly, this paper aims to contribute to the development and invention industry of cosmetics containers in the future by examining the case of patents for differentiated cosmetics containers invention patent cases for differentiated cosmetics containers. The scope of patent cases for the invention of differentiated cosmetics containers is analyzed only for the graduation works of University A's 2017-2022. The analysis method first identifies cosmetics with the most inventions applied by conducting cosmetics container classification for 103 cosmetic container inventions. Second, identify the most applied technology by classifying the technology applied to cosmetics containers. Mold technology related to the manufacturing method of cosmetics containers was excluded, and third, the characteristics and drawings of the invention of cosmetics containers, which received the highest practical score in the graduation work, are analyzed. The conclusion of the overall study is that there are various cosmetic containers, but when identifying the graduate work of A University's invention of cosmetic containers, the invention of containers for eyeshadow palettes was the most active. If it is used to lead the domestic and foreign cosmetics market, it is believed that it will be able to lead the active new functional cosmetics market by adding new functions of cosmetics. In addition, it is hoped that the application of new technology additional functions to the invention of cosmetics containers will proceed with the invention of cosmetics containers in addition to various technologies. We intend to contribute to the development and invention industry of cosmetics containers in the future. It is hoped that it will be used as basic data for the purpose of developing and inventing cosmetics containers in the future.
