초록

Purpose: This research explores the concern about the teaching method of senior exercise instructors during the Corona 19 pandemic period from 2020 to now. Moreover, it is to carry out the needs of senior exercise instructors.
Method: A qualitative case study method was applied to conduct for s7e nior exercise instructors with over 5 years of experience of teaching.
Results: First, the concerns of senior exercise instructors were conrfmi ed:‘worries about health condition’, ‘economic problems’,‘worries about the unpredictable future’and ‘worries about inconsistent management of the center’. Second, in spite of the Corona 19 pandemic that has lasted unexpectedly, senior exercise instructors had efforts to overcome concerns: ‘promoting their health’,‘building task ability’and‘constructing communication’.
Third, the constantly lasting pandemic period andt he resumption of the public activities, senio r exercise instructors have controlled efforts by themselves. However, they have other concerns that are ove-r lapped, which are ‘environmental limitation on professional knowledge’, ‘difficulty in acquiring digital information technology’, and‘the difficulty of the demand and adaptation on the change’.
Conclusion: According to the results, social support is the most requested for the senior exercise instructors during the Corona 19 pandemic period, therefore, senior exercies instructors would become leading themselves and perform their roles as social supporters. Thus, the support of senior activity management organizations and educational institutions administratively is important for them. Therefore, senior exercise instructors have to be supported by administrative and institutional support in this period.
