초록

ICT 기술발전은 기업들의 경영환경과 가치창출 프로세스를 바꾸고 있으며, 시장에서는 개인 소비자의 니즈가 반영되는 다양성과 역동성의 증가로 시장가치창출에 불확실성이 증가하고 있다. 또한 기업 간 경쟁에서 기업생태계 경쟁으로 바뀌며, 단위 산업 또는 비즈니스 모델별 생태계를 형성하여 경쟁하게 되었다. 이러한 시대에 한국 중소기업이 지속적 혁신과 미래가치를 창출 할 수 있는 기업생태계 조성과 지원전략이 향후 국가가치창출을 위한 핵심 과제가 된다. 지속적 성장이 가능한 기업 생태계를 형성할 수 있는 미래시장창출 디자인혁신 플랫폼의 형성과 융합, 확장이 향후 창조경제 패러다임의 진화와 장기적인 국가가치창출에 중요한 전략이 된다. 본 연구에서는 글로벌경제 패러다임의 변화와 국내 중소․중견기업의 성장방향을 연계하여, 디자인경영 중심의 중소기업 미래가치창출 생태계 조성방향을 고찰하였다. 미래가치창출 생태계 조성방향을 기반으로 기존 시장의 경쟁을 선도하고, 미래시장을 창출하기 위한 시장지배 디자인경영(Dominant design management)구조를 제안하였다. 그리고 중소기업이 경영전주기 에서 활용하고, 융합할 수 있는 미래가치창출 융합 플랫폼의 구조와 역할을 제시하였다. 그 결과를 해외 개방형 가치창출 플랫폼과 한국디자인진흥원의 k-design119 hot-line 사례 분석을 통해 향후 디자인 주도의 중소기업 혁신이 지속되는 디자인 비즈니스 융합생태계 구조를 고찰하고, 정부와 민간이 함께 참여하여 미래가치를 창출하는 중소기업 미래가치창출 씨드(seed)형 플랫폼 전략을 제시하여, 디자인 혁신 플랫폼이 한국 중소기업 생태계 핵심 플랫폼으로 공진화 할 수 있는 방향을 모색하고자 하는데 의의가 있다.

영어초록

The technological development of ICT has caused changes in the strategic business environments and the value creation processes of relevant companies. Also, as a result of an increase in the diversity and dynamics, to which the needs of individual consumers are reflected, the uncertainties in creating the market values has been increasing as well. Moreover, the form of competitions among companies has evolved from that within the ecosystem of companies to that in units of industries and in ecosystem of business models. Consequently, the key challenges for South Korea to create national values in the future are the sustainable innovations, the formation of ecosystem for creating future values and the supportive strategies for small-middle companies in Korea. Thus, formation, conversion and expansion of the design innovation platform for future market creation that can form a constantly growing company ecosystem are the critical strategies for an evolution of the creative economy paradigm in the future and for a long-term creation of national values. In this study, the formation of a future value creation ecosystem for design-oriented small-middle companies were investigated and the dominant design management structure is proposed for leading the competitions within the existing markets and creating the future markets. Furthermore, for the small-middle companies to apply the strategy over the whole management period, the structure and role of the converged future value creation platform were introduced. The study is meaningful for the fact that it analyses the cases of overseas opened value creation platforms and k-design119 hot-line of Korea Institute of Design Promotion to study the design business convergence ecosystem structure with continuous innovations in design-oriented small-middle companies and to ultimately find a way to draw coevolution of the design innovation platform to become the core platform for the small-middle companies in Korea.
