초록

This study wants to explore improvements of camera which is one of core functions belong to smartphone from better technological conditions and using environments perspective by user experience. Focus group interview had conducted for a study through fourteen heavy users who were configured. As a result, improvements from users demand to coexist implementation of high performance and convenience, it's quite fussy conditions. That is, ideal state of smartphone-camera is easy utilization of hardware such as high-sensitivity, anti-vibration, recation velocity and others by realized software in simpleness, intuition and convenience. Integration of heterogeneous using environment was also demanded. It is not only limited problem about simple shooting pictures, but also comprehensive using environments, for instance, free swapping of sharing, transmitting and keeping are core values of a camera in smartphone with superb communication function. This correlates with usability of apparatus without performance of it. A fundamental using with inconvenience still is far from improvement in the true sense of the word, even though a smartphone can improve toward high functional and performance. Moreover, a major statement from interviewee had focused a combined using environment, that means a core of usability on smartphone is build up to using environment without any obstacle more than advance of cutting edge hardware. Consequently, consumer's satisfaction will high, if manufacturers try to resolve deterrent factors linked study outcomes.
