초록

정보과잉 시대에 정보량이 폭발적으로 증가한 만큼 효과적인 정보전달 방법의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보전달에 효과적인 모션 인포그래픽에 대해 연령별 이해도와 태도에 미치는영향을 확인하는 것이다. 특히, 제20대 대통령선거 출구조사 모션 인포그래픽에 대해 유권자 연령별특성에 따른 수용자들의 이해도와 태도에 미치는 영향을 측정하는데, 지상파(KBS, MBC, SBS) 3개방송사가 조절변수로서의 상호작용을 확인하는데 있다. 연령별 특성에 대한 7개의 설문과 지상파 3사의 모션 인포그래픽을 시청한 후 수용자 이해도에 대한 3개의 설문과 태도에 대한 7개의 설문을 온라인 구글폼을 활용해 온라인으로 진행하였다. 유권자 연령별 특성에 따른 연구를 진행하기 위해 표본수치를 연령별로 최소화 하였다. 연구 분석은 SPSS ver 23.0을 사용해 분석하였고, 통계적인 유의수준은 p<0.05로 설정하였다. 전체 설문에 참여한 201명중 여성이 118명으로 많았고, 대통령 선거 참여자도 180명(89.6%)으로 높았다. 측정변수에 대한 기술통계분석 결과 이해도는 3.47, 태도는 3.44 로 모두 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 제20대 대통령선거 출구조사 모션 인포그래픽 영상에대해 20대가 가장 이해도와 태도가 높다는 결과를 도출하였다. 지상파 방송 3사 중에서 MBC 방송이수용자 이해도와 태도에서 높다는 결과도 나왔다. 연령별 특성과 지상파 방송국의 상호작용에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 수치로 조절효과가 존재한다는 결과가 나왔다. 대통령 선거 출구조사 모션 인포그래픽 영상을 보는 수용자들의 연령별 특성 차이와 어느 지상파 방송국인지가 매우 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 대통령선거의 특수성 때문에 정보 수용자들의 정치적인 선입견이 존재할 수 있다는 한계점이 있다.

영어초록

As the amount of information has exploded in the era of information overload, the need for effective information delivery methods is emerging. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of age on understanding and attitudes toward motion infographics as an effective way to convey information. In particular, the influence of the 20th presidential exit poll motion infographic on the understanding and attitude of inmates according to the characteristics of each age of voters is measured, and three terrestrial broadcasters (KBS, MBC, and SBS) confirm their interaction as regulatory variables. After watching seven surveys on age-specific characteristics and motion infographics of three terrestrial companies, three surveys on acceptance understanding and seven surveys on attitudes were conducted online using online Google Form. In order to conduct a study according to the characteristics of each age of voters, the sample figures were minimized by age. The study analysis was analyzed using SPSS ver 23.0, and the statistical significance level was set to p<0.05. Of the 201 people who participated in the survey, 118 were women, and 180 (89.6%) participated in the presidential election. As a result of descriptive statistical analysis of measurement variables, the understanding was 3.47 and the attitude was 3.44, all of which were positive. This study derived the results that people in their 20s have the highest understanding and attitude toward the motion infographic video of the 20th presidential election exit survey. Among the three terrestrial broadcasting companies, MBC broadcasting was found to be high in understanding and attitude of audiences. In the interaction between age-specific characteristics and terrestrial broadcasting stations, it was found that there was a statistically significant moderating effect. It can be seen that the difference in the characteristics of the inmates who watch the motion infographic video of the presidential election exit poll and which terrestrial broadcasting station plays a very important role. Due to the specificity of the presidential election, there is a limitation that political preconceptions of information recipients may exist.
