초록

This study is to analyze comparatively a difference between charismatic leadership, cohesion of a team and
contentment of players as an individual characteristic of University sports players. And this study is to
examine the influence of charismatic leadership on cohesion of a team and charismatic leadership on
contentment of players and that of cohesion of a team on contentment of players. Ultimately, the main
purpose of this study is to contribute to the knowledge building of physical education and produce actual
basic data about scientific and effective guide line reflecting players' opinion.
This study set university sports players in Gyunggido and Seoul area 2008" on a population and collected
600 person using by stratified cluster sampling. The number of samples used by final analysis are 576
persons except data answered insincerely among questionnaires., The validity of questionnaires was verified
by the exports' conference, preliminary inspection and analyzing of factors by search and confirmation The
reliability of questionnaires shows a＝.819∼924 which is comparatively high. Methods of statistics processing
are reliability, primary factor, correlation, variable, multiple regression, covariance analysis and so on. by
SPSS 14.0 PROGRAM. This study come to the following conclusion through above study of method and
process. First, charismatic leadership, cohesion of a team and contentment of players have differences
according to individual characteristics. Second, charismatic leadership effects on cohesion of a team. Third,
charismatic leadership has influence on contentment of players Fourth, cohesion of a team has influence on
contentment of players.
