초록

This study aimed to analyze the causal relationship of variables among servant leadership, player's satisfaction, coach trust and team performance of Handball coach in Korea.
Participants for this study were 250 of handball players from middle school to business team in Korea. Of participations valid data were 192. They completed a modified inventory of the servant leadership, player's satisfaction, coach trust and team performance. More details, servant leadership Scale modified by Bass(1985) & Wright(1996), and player's satisfaction by Kim(1989), and coach trust by Chae(1989), Lutt(2004) and team performance scale by Hong(2002) & Lee(2002) were using after remodifing scale to investigate the purpose of this study. Results were analysed in quantitative approaches. Data were collected through self-administered survey.
The results of the study were as follows;
First, there was influenced to causal relationship among servant leadership, player's satisfaction, coach trust and team performance of handball plaryers in Korea.
Second, there was influenced to reciprocal causal relationship among servant leadership, player's satisfaction, coach trust and team performance of handball players in Korea.
