내셔널리그(N리그) 팀들의 프로화 전환시 제도 도입 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Introduction System for Transformation from National League Clubs to Professional Football League Clubs)

초록

The purpose of this study was to suggest the measures to introduce system for National League(N-League) club’s professionalization. Korea Professional Football League (K-League) introduced split system temporarily and decided to fulfill up-down system from 2013. Now, K-League is organized by 16 clubs. For operating lots of leagues, the number of current Pro-clubs is small and the participation of more clubs is requested. There is a good chance that it enters Pro-league by the professionalization of N-League club rather than establishes new club actually. But, N-League club has a operation purpose which is different from Pro-club innately, so there are many problems for professionalization. Therefore, it’s necessary to introduce new system so as to solve the problems.
Through the in-depth interview with leader of N-League clubs and staffs of KFA(Korea Federation Association) and the persons of K-league, problems of N-League club’s professionalization and measures of system introduction were examined. Interview was conducted by person to person question and answer form. Through the above study, the results can be drawn as follows.
The first, leaders of N-League basically agreed the fulfillment of up-down system and expected to make a positive effect on the development of Korean football. The fulfillment of plural leagues will be helpful to not only competitiveness but also success of professional football league.
The second, Professional Football League and Korea Football Association must prepare the system which can provide financial support to N-League clubs so as to N-league club changed to pro can be established in Pro-league. From various aspects, not only financial support but also tax benefit, etc. must be supported so that club can be survive in Pro-league.
The third, draft must be abolished so as to N-League club which was changed to pro and must modify youth football players system for stability about players supply and must support several benefits, for example,prior selection.
The forth, it must be changed to cooperate body for the professionalism of N-league club. First of all, corporate body must be foundation corporation or nonprofit corporation aggregate rather than profit corporation aggregate regulated by AFC. It’s measure to change to profit croporate aggregate gradually when advancing Pro-league.
The fifth, central marketing is necessary to strengthen the competition of Pro-league. They must organize economic unity representing league so as to maximize the marketing effects of N-League club.
