K대학 팀팀Class액터닥터 실기교육 프로그램 특징 연구 (A Study on the Aspects of the TeamTeamClass Actor Doctor Practical Education Program at K University)

초록

본 연구는 K대학 팀팀Class액터닥터 실기교육 과정에서 액터닥터 경험이 부재한 일반 대학생들이 액터닥 터 양성과정에 참여했을 때 드러난 프로그램의 특징을 분석하고자 한다. 본 프로그램의 전반기와 중반기는 일 반인들의 긍정적 연극 경험을 장려하기 위한 활동으로 구성되고, 후반기는 액터닥터 공연 만들기를 위한 장치들로 구성되는 특징을 지닌다. 실기교육은 1단계: 극 이해, 2단계: 극 창작 및 발표, 3단계: 극 보완 및 발표, 4단계: 극 실행 및 평가로 나누어진다. 방법론으로는 참여자들이 연극 창작에 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 연극게임(Theatre Games)과 창의적 드라마(Creative Drama), EPR(체현-투사-역할, Embodiment-Projection-Role) 극적 발 달 단계 모델에 기반한 접근법을 적용하여 진행하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 액터닥터 양성과정이 전문 연극배우들을 대상으로 이루어졌던 기존 액터닥터 양성과정과 다르게, 다양한 전공학과의 대학생들이 모 여 실행하는 프로그램이므로 기존 연극배우를 훈련하였던 액터닥터 양성과정보다 비전문가 연극 공연 만들기 과정이 강조되었다. 둘째, 어린이병원의 장기입원 중인 소아 환자를 위한 공연 만들기를 목표로 하여 액터닥터 실습과 모의 공연 과정이 마련되었다. 본 프로그램은 장기입원 소아 환자를 위해 공연을 창작하여 발표함으로 써 소아 환자들에게 예술 향유의 기회를 제공하는 결과를 도출할 수 있도록 단계별로 액터닥터 실기교육 프로 그램을 구조화하여 대학생들이 공연을 창작할 수 있도록 하는데 기여하였음을 확인할 수 있다. 팀팀Class액터 닥터 프로그램의 특징을 분석하여 실기교육 프로그램의 전략과 방향성을 제시한 본 프로그램 분석 결과가 향 후 일반 참여자를 대상으로 실시하는 액터닥터 실기교육 연극 공연 창작 프로그램 설정에 유용한 참고 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the aspects of the program that emerged when the university students without actor doctor experience participated in the Actor Doctor training process within the TeamTeamClass Actor Doctor practical education program at K University. The early and middle stages of the program consisted of activities designed to encourage participants to have positive theatrical ex- periences, while the latter part focused on the work of an Actor Doctor performance. The practical edu- cation program was divided into four stages: stage1. Understanding the play, stage2. Creating and pre- senting the play, stage3. Revising and presenting the play, and stage4. Performing and evaluating the participants’ experiences. To make it easier for participants to access the theatrical work, the program applied Theater Games, Creative Drama, and the EPR (Embodiment-Projection-Role) developmental model. The analysis results are as follows: First, unlike the previous Actor Doctor training programs for professional actors, this program was developed for university students from various majors. Thus, the process of the program emphasized the theater making sessions for non-specialists rather than tradi- tional actor doctor training programs for actors. Second, the TeacmTeamClass Actor Doctor program in- cluded practical actor doctor training and pilot performances, aiming for training participants as Actor Doctors and for creating a performance for pediatric patients with long-term hospitalization.
This program was designed to create theatrical performances to provide artistic enjoyment to long-term hospitalized pediatric patients. The program, which was conducted to create theatrical performances, was organized step by step and provided a training program for actor doctors to help university students create performances.
The analysis of the TeamTeamClass Actor Doctor program identified its characteristics and sug- gested strategies and directions for practical training. It is expected that the analysis results of the TeamTeamClass Actor Doctor program will serve as a useful reference for designing future practical Actor Doctor education programs for non-theater experts.
