팀 스포츠 운동선수들의 팀 커뮤니케이션과 팀 성과의 관계 및 스포츠 우리성의 매개효과 (Examining the Mediating Effect of Sport We-ness of Relationship between Team Communication and Team Achievement of Team Sports Athletes)

초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among team communication, sport we ness, and team achievement of team sports athletes.
Method: The study surveyed 373 players of basketball, volleyball, and baseball soccer events registered at the 2020 Korean Sports Association using the SPSS Statistics 25.0 statistical package program. Thus, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted to obtain the following conclusions.
Results: First, it was found that the environmental and interpersonal communication factors, which are the sub-factors of team communication of team sports athletes, had a significant effect on both the life-level and performance-level factors, which are the sub-factors of sport we-ness, and interpersonal communication fac tors. It was found to have a significant effect only on the vertical and performance horizontal factors. Second, it was found that the environmental and interpersonal communication factors, which are the sub-factors of team communication of team sports athletes, had a significant effect on the sub-factors of team performance, performance, athletic performance, and teamwork coordination. Environmental communication had a signifi cant effect only on practical performance factors. Third, it was found that sport we-ness partially mediated the relationship between team communication and team achievement of team sports athletes.
Conclusion: The research results obtained through this study will be helpful as basic data to effectively im prove team achievement for team sports officials, and it is believed that it will help improve the athletes’ indi vidual skills and performance.
