초록

(연구배경 및 목적) 본 논문은 해체주의 건축가 다니엘 리베스킨트(Daniel Libeskind) 건축에서 나타나는 비정형적 표현특성을 연구하는 논문이다. 다니엘 리베스킨트 건축에서 나타나는 비정형적 표현특성을 2000년 이후 박물관 사례를 중심으로 분석하여 그 결과를 도출하는 것이 목적이다. 또한, 본 연구를 통하여 박물관 건축에서 나타나는 비정형적 형태 및 표현 특성 의미를 재정립하는 것에 본 연구의 의의가 있다. 또한, 본 논문의 연구 방법은 해체주의 건축과 비정형적 형태의 이론 및 문헌 자료를 통하여 1차적으로 연구하고, 다니엘 리베스킨트 건축물은 다니엘 리베스킨트 의 건축 작품집과 해체주의 건축 작품집을 통하여 2차 적으로 분석한다. 제1장, 서론은 본 논문의 연구의 배경 및 목적과 전체 연구의 범위 및 방법을 제시한다. 제2장, 이론적 배경은 비정형적 정의 및 개념과 해체주의 의미 및 건축적 배경을 이론적 문헌자료를 바탕으로 그 내용을 정립한다. 제3장, 표현 특성 분석은 해체주의 건축가 다니엘 리베스킨트 건축의 비정형적 특성을 도출한다. 제4장. 사례분석은 다니엘 리베스킨트의 박물관 건축을 대상으로 분석한다. 제5장, 결론은 본 연구의 마무리로 분석을 결론 도출하고, 앞으로의 연구의 방향을 제시한다. (결과) 본 연구는 다니엘 리베스킨트 건축에서 나타난 비정형적 표현특성 사례 분석으로 대상은 2000년 이후 박물관으로 하였다. 비정형적 공간 특성 첫 번째는, 탈중심적 공간 특성이다. 탈중심적 공간 특성 도출 종합은 비선형성, 변형성, 탈정형성, 탈영역성 4가지로 도출된다. 두 번째는 탈영역적 공간 특성이다. 탈영역적 공간 특성 도출 종합은 분리성, 탈전환성, 다중성, 탈균형성, 탈경계성 5자지로 도출된다. 세 번째는 유기적 공간 특성이다. 유기적 특성 공간 특성 도출 종합은 삭제, 관계성, 지속성, 연결성, 흐름성, 재구성 6가지로 도출된다. 본 연구는 비정형적 형태특성을 다니엘 리베스킨트 건축물을 통하여 도출하였다. (결론) 본 연구는 형태적 특성을 2차원 도면과 3차원 공간 이미지로 분석하였으며, 공간 구성 방식의 빈도를 통하여 형태적 특성을 도출하여 공간 특성을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 한계는 다니엘 리베스킨트의 비정형적 형태 특성을 2000년 이후 준공된 박물관이라는 한정된 범위에 머물렀던 점이다. 하지만, 비정형적 특성을 분리, 변형, 연속, 반복, 비대칭, 비경계로 도출하며, 이러한 특성으로 탈중심, 탈영역, 유기적의 각각의 공간구조를 도출한 방법은 형태적 특성을 도출하는 방법으로는 큰 의미가 있다. 본 연구를 기초로 하여 비정형적 건축 공간의 특성을 분석하는 연구논문의 방법론과 공간 구성 방식의 도출 방법을 기초로 하여 앞으로의 건축디자인의 형태 도출 분석틀의 새로운 방법으로 발전되길 바란다.

영어초록

(Background and Purpose) This paper studies the atypical expressive characteristics of Daniel Libeskind, a deconstructivist architect. The purpose is to analyze the atypical expressive characteristics in Daniel Libeskind's architecture, focusing on museum cases since 2000, and derive the results. The significance of this study lies in re-establishing the meaning of atypical forms and expressive characteristics in museum architecture. (Method) Additionally, the research method of this paper primarily studies deconstructivist architecture and atypical forms through theories and literature materials and secondarily analyzes Daniel Libeskind's architecture through collections of Daniel Libeskind's architectural works and deconstructivist architecture. Chapter 1 presents the background and purpose of this study as well as the scope and method of the overall study. Chapter 2, Theoretical Background, establishes the definition and concept of atypicality, the meaning of deconstructivism, and architectural background based on theoretical literature. Chapter 3, Analysis of Expressive Characteristics, derives the atypical characteristics of the architecture of deconstructivist architect Daniel Libes. Chapter 4 analyzes Daniel Libes Kind’s museum architecture. Chapter 5, Conclusion, concludes this study, draws conclusions from the analysis, and suggests directions for future research (Result) This study analyzed the cases of atypical expressive characteristics in Daniel Libeskind’s architecture, and the target was museums after 2000. The first atypical spatial characteristic was decentralization. The decentralized spatial characteristics were derived from four categories: nonlinearity, transformation, deformability, and deterritoriality. The second is the deterritorial spatial characteristics. The deterritorial spatial characteristics were derived from five categories: separation, detransition, multiplicity, debalance, and deboundary. The third is the organic spatial characteristics. Organic spatial characteristics are derived from six categories: deletion, relationship, continuity, connectivity, flow, and reconfiguration. This study derives atypical formal characteristics using Libeskind’s architecture. (Conclusion) This study analyzed morphological characteristics using two-dimensional drawings and three-dimensional spatial images and presented spatial characteristics by deriving morphological characteristics through the frequency of spatial composition methods. A limitation of this study is that the atypical morphological characteristics of Daniel Libeskind were limited to museums completed after 2000. However, the method of deriving atypical characteristics, such as separation, transformation, continuity, repetition, asymmetry, and non-boundary, and deriving each spatial structure of decentralization, de-territorialization, and organics from these characteristics is very significant for deriving morphological characteristics. Based on this study, it is hoped that the methodology of research papers analyzing the characteristics of atypical architectural spaces and the method of deriving spatial composition methods will develop into a new morphological derivation analysis framework for future architectural design.
