엘리트스포츠를 통한 자원봉사의 실태 및 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (Current State and Actualizing Proposal on the Volunteer and their Activities through the Elite Sports Men and Resources)

초록

This article is to survey an elite sports resources and current state on the volunteer through the
korean elite sports and to propose a new method for activating their voluntary service. We
surveyed the current state on the voluntary involved by elite sportsmen and sports teams,
respectively. Authors interviewed directly with survey subjects and found the news reported on
the sports voluntary services by mass media through the internet. According to survey results
sports team participated in voluntary services was only korea soccer association. Other teams had
a little experience. Someone in the team-concerned officers argued to need volunteers helping their
team rather than doing voluntary services by themselves. For activating any voluntary service by
the sportsmen and their teams it need to develop and introduce a various voluntary methods for
them. Their activities like a sports teaching services and voluntary games must be considered as
a social voluntary and encourage such a participations. Also, government have to give them a tax
benefits etc. Anyway, because almost of people are recognizing a modern society as doing and
living together, sportsmen and their teams ought to keep the responsibility for the social duties as
a one person of society.
