거주환경이 노령층의 행복감에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -구조방정식 모델（Structural Equation Model）분석을 중심으로- (Research on the Impact of Human Settlement Environment on the Happiness Index of the Elderly -Centered on Structural Equation Model Analysis-)

초록

고령화 문제가 심화됨에 따라 거주환경이 노령층의행복에 미치는 영향에 대한 심도 있는 논의는 중요한이론적, 실천적 의의가 있다. 본 논문은 먼저 선행 연구와 결합하여 이론적인 측면에서 노령층의 행복에영향을 미치는 거주환경 요소를 분류하였다. 둘째, 이를 바탕으로 거주환경이 노령층의 행복감에 미치는영향에 대한 구조방정식 모델을 구축하였다. 구조 방정식 모델을 사용하여 다양한 영향 요인 간의 관계를검증하고 거주환경 구성이 노령층의 행복에 미치는영향을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 노령층의 행복감을 증진하는 거주환경 개선의 관건으로 규명하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 거주환경의 구성은 노령층의 행복에촉진 효과가 있다. SEM(Structural Equation Model) 모델링 분석을 통하여 거주환경이 다양한 구성 차원으로 노령층의 행복에 미치는 영향에 차이가 있음을발견하였다. 신체 약화를 극복해 공간 자극에 접근하는 환경은 노령층의 행복도에 가장 직접적인 영향을미치며 경로계수는 0.30이다. 그리고 다른 차원의 기초이며, 그 개선은 다른 차원의 환경 사용에 영향을미친다. 이어 지속적으로 사회 관계를 유지할 수 있는환경(0.25), 미래 예측하는 통찰을 실현할 수 있는 환경(0,25), 자신이 추구하는 가치 구현할 수 있게 하는환경(0.21) 순이었다. 연구에 따르면 거주환경의 개선은 노령층의 행복감 획득과 행복지수 향상에 도움이된다. 거주환경의 개선은 기반시설의 보완에 중점을두고 문화 활동을 풍부하게 하는 것으로 보완할 수있다.본 연구가 노령층의 행복감을 높이기 위한 거주환경 구축과 디자인 개선에 이론적 뒷받침이 되기를기대한다.

영어초록

The deepening of the aging problem makes it of great theoretical and practical significance to explore in depth the influence of the human settlement environment on the happiness of the elderly. Based on previous research, this paper organizes the elements of the human settlement environment affecting the happiness of the elderly from the theoretical level, and then constructs a structural equation model of the influence of the human settlement environment on the happiness of the elderly on this basis. With the help of the structural equation model, this paper verifies the relationship between the influencing factors and quantitatively analyzes the influence of the composition of the human settlement environment on the happiness of the elderly. The key points of human settlement improvement to enhance the happiness of the elderly are explored. The results of the study show that the composition of the human settlement environment has a certain contributing effect on the happiness of the elderly. Through SEM modeling analysis, there are differences in the effects of the compositional dimensions of the human settlement environment on the happiness of the elderly. In addition to physical condition, the environment close to spatial stimulation has the most direct effect on the happiness of the elderly, with a path coefficient of 0.30; and, it is the basis for the other dimensions, since its improvement affects the use of the environment in the other dimensions. The remaining factors, in order, are the environment that sustains social relationships (0.25), the environment that realizes the insight to predict the future (0.25), and the environment that embodies the values that the individual seeks (0.21). The study concludes that the improvement of the human settlement environment contributes to the acquisition of the sense of happiness of the elderly and the improvement of the happiness index, and that the improvement of the human settlement environment can be focused on the improvement of infrastructure, supplemented by the enrichment of cultural and sports activities. It is hoped that the study can provide theoretical support for the construction and design improvement of the human settlement environment to improve the sense of happiness of the elderly.
