초록

이 연구는 한국춤에 내재된 철학적 사유체계의 근원을 단군신화를 통해 살펴봄으로써 한국춤의 신화적 의미를 밝히데 의의 (意義)가 있다. 특히 단군신화에 함축된 인간과 초월자의 관계에 주목하고, 이를 『주역(周易)』에서 말하는 천지인 삼재사상의사유체계와 비교분석함으로써 그 의미[신화적 의미: 천지인 삼재적 구조]를 살펴보고, 한국춤의 기본구조와 원리 및 춤 정신이 그에 부합된 구조[삼재적 구조]로 되어있음을 밝힌 것이다. 한국춤의 철학적 기반에는 인간중심사상이 중요한 작용을 하였는데, 이것은 인간 존재를 해석하는 신화성, 곧 삼재적 구조를 말한다. 한국춤에서 천지와 더불어 삼재원리의 존재구조에서 주체적 역할을 하는 무용수는 천지일월(天地日月)과 대대적(對待的) 관계에서 서로 감응함으로써 그 존재성을 확보 할 수 있는데,여기에는 단군신화의 사유체계가 한국춤의 춤사위를 형성하는 구조와 원리의 철학적기반이 되었다. 또한 단군신화의 존재론적 구조에 의한 한국인의 원초적 인간존재에관한 사유체계는 신과 하나 된 인격체라는데 의미를 두고 있다. 즉 단군신화에 상징된우주만물의 존재근거는 곧 하늘이며, 인간존재에 대한 근거 또한 하늘에 있다는 인내천(人乃天)사상이 시종 핵심을 이룬다. 한국춤은 단군신화의 세계관에 내재된 하늘의정신을 근원적 정신으로 삼았다. 한국춤의 정신은 단군신화에 내재된 하늘의 정신이며, 홍익인간(弘益人間)의 구현이요, 재세이화(在世理化)를 통해서 온 인류가 하나되고, 온 세상이 하나 되는 염원의 정신이다. 이것이 한국춤에 내재된 근원적 이상이요 원천적 정신이다. 한국춤은 단군신화에 담겨있는 사유체계 즉, 신과 인간의 존재,그리고 신성의 영역과 관련된 질서와 규범 등의 신화적 의미가 그 정신적 원천이 되어춤의 정신이 되었고, 동작구조의 형식과 원리를 규정하는 철학적 기반이 되었다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the origin of philosophical thinking system immanent in Korean dances through the Mythology of Dangun to clarify the mythological meaning of Korean dances. In particular, the study focuses on the relationship between people and the Supreme Being implied in the Mythology of Dangun, and manifests that the basic structure, principle and spirit of Korean dances follow this structure, comparing it with the Thinking System of the Three Elements of Universe in 『I-Ching』 and clarifying its meaning [mythological meaning: The Structure of the Three Elements of Universe].
The philosophical foundation of Korean dances is centered on man-centered thinking, which is the structure of the Three Elements of Universe that interprets the existence of men. Dancers who play leading roles in the existence structure of the Three Elements of Universe in Korean dances can realize their existence by responding to the Universe in Duidai. Here, the thinking system of the Mythology of Dangun has become the philosophical foundation behind the structure and principle of Korean dances.
Also, the thinking system behind the basic existence of Korean people based on the existence structure of the Mythology of Dangun focuses on that people are one with God. In other words, the existence of the Universe symbolized in the Mythology of Dangun is the Heaven, and the core idea is that the significance of human existence is in the Heaven. The spiritual foundation of Korean dances is the spirit of Heaven behind the worldview of the Mythology of Dangun. The spirit of Korean dances is the spirit of Heaven in the Mythology of Dangun, the realization of humanitarianism and the spirit of wish where all humankind and the entire world become one.
This is the original ideal and spirit implied in Korean dances.
In sum, the thinking system of the Mythology of Dangun, that is,the existence of God and people, and the order and norm related to the realm of holiness have become the foundation of the spirit of Korean dances and the philosophical foundation behind the formality and principle of the movements.
