여자 엘리트 골프 선수들의 단일축 드라이버 스윙 특성 분석 (Analysis of Single-Axis Driver Swing of Elite Female Golfers)

초록

This study was to to analyze the characteristic of single-axis driver swing. The subjects were 5 elite female golfers and a 3D motion analysis and a ground reaction force analysis were carried out. As a result of study, it turned out that they loaded the weight equally on the inside of their both feet and turned their shoulders to the left of the target direction while turned the hip joint to the right of the target direction in Address. In Back Swing, they loaded the weight of about 65% on the right foot and started to turn their shoulders while fixing the hip joint while in Back Swing Top, their upper body and lower body crossed to the maximum as about 40% of their weight first moved to the left foot. In Down Swing, maintaining the weight on the left foot and right foot at the ratio about 5:5, their shoulders showed similar angles to Address and it turned out that the hip joint spun about 30° counterclockwise. In the section immediately before Impact it turned out that they accelerated the club head pressing the ground heavily with the inside of their left foot and controlling the rotation of the hip joint. Also, in Impact, it turned out that the weight was distributed evenly on the left foot and right feet, and that they controlled the rotation of the shoulders and the hip joint. Then, in Follow Throw and Finish, it turned out that they carried out motion while moving the weight to the left side.
