초록

본 연구는 초개인화시대의 커뮤니티 담론을 선도할 수 있는 아젠다로 ‘인문커뮤니티’(Humanity-Community)를 제안하며, 나아가 미시적 생활세계에서 인문커뮤니티의 감성과 문화를 디자인하고 공동주체의 역량을 키울 수 있는 <인문커뮤니티역량지도사Competency Coach for Humanity-Community> 양성 방안의 개괄적인 밑그림을 그리는 데 목적이 있다.
인문커뮤니티는 필요충족이나 문제해결에 초점을 맞춘 기능주의적 접근 이전에, 사람 사이의 관계성을 기본 가치로 삼는 사람 중심 커뮤니티를 뜻한다. 여기서 사람(人, 인)은 개별자의 확실한 테두리를 가진 개인이 아니라, 서로 기대고 돌보는 상호관계성에 의해 정의되는 존재 방식을 가리킨다. 따라서 사람을 중심에 놓는다는 것은, 인간관계만이 아니라 살아 있는 모든 관계, 서로가 서로의 구성요소가 되는 모든 관계의 차원을 아우르는 열린 커뮤니티의 비전으로 이해될 수 있다.
인문커뮤니티역량지도사는 나노화된 개인들의 잠재된 공동체 욕망을 촉발하고 열린 관계망을 형성할 수 있게 조력하며, 나아가 개개인이 인문학적 지식과 가치를 활용하여 다양한 커뮤니티 문제를 해결할 수 있는 역량을 키우는 전문가이다. 이 전문가의 양성은 궁극적으로 더 나은 사회적 유대와 연결 관계를 새롭게 감각하고 상상하고 서사화할 수 있는 문화자원을 개발하는 데 기여할 것이다. 인문커뮤니티를 구성하는 역량은 ‘주체’, ‘관계’, ‘시공간’의 3차원 원리와 ‘인식’, ‘공감’, ‘실천’의 3개 범주 하에 ‘자기발견’, ‘자기배려’, ‘자율과 창조’, ‘타자존중’, ‘타자돌봄’, ‘소통과 갈등전환’, ‘상호의존성 인식’, ‘역사와 장소만들기’, ‘네트워크적 연대’로 요약될 수 있다.

영어초록

This study proposes the ‘Humanity-Community’ as an agenda that can lead community discourse in the hyper-personalization era. Furthermore, it advocates for the necessity of developing a <Competency Coach of Humanity-Community> to design the sensibility and culture of humanity-communities in microscopic lifeworlds and to enhance the capabilities of collective subjects. The humanity- community refers to a people-centered community that prioritizes interpersonal relationships as an end in themselves or as fundamental values, rather than focusing on functionalist approaches aimed at meeting needs or solving problems. Here, ‘human’ (人, in) does not denote individuals with distinct boundaries but rather refers to beings defined by mutual relationships of reliance and care. Thus, centering on humans should be understood as a vision of an open community that encompasses all dimensions of relationships, where each is a constituent of the other.
A Competency Coach of Humanity-Community must stimulate and connect the diverse communal needs and desires for relationships latent in the lifeworld. They must also foster communities democratically through humanistic communication based on empathy and hospitality, while developing the ability to resolve various community issues by leveraging humanistic knowledge and values. Ultimately, this endeavor involves recognizing our vulnerabilities and interdependencies as common conditions of life and developing cultural resources that enable us to re-sensitize, re-imagine, and narrate better social bonds and connections.
This study examines the significance of the humanity-community agenda in the hyper-personalization era (Section 2), explains the necessity of humanity- community competency education, reviews the theoretical foundations of such education (Section 3), and summarizes similar domestic and international cases (Section 4). Based on these findings, the study will propose practical measures to institutionalize a system for training Competency Coaches of Humanity- Community in Korea (Section 5).
