로컬택트 시대의 산업 유산 재생을 위한 공동체 참여 제고 방안 (Study on Ways to Enhance Community Participation for the Regeneration of Industrial Heritage in the Era of Local Tact)

초록

Before COVID-19, large-scale and top-down development was the driving force behind local regeneration.
However, in the post-corona era, policies that relatively small-scale community-based regional development will be preferred are coming out through research. In traditional cities such as New York, a solution to regenerate industrial waste facilities in the city center was found in small-scale local communities rather than government-led development. Through this, successful urban regeneration was achieved. This study establishes the meaning of localtact through literature research for the sustainable development of local cities in the post-COVID-19 era. This study also investigates and clarifies the meaning of national and international policies related to processes related to community engagement in local heritage policies. Methods for community participation in industrial heritage are derived through classification, and the methodology is derived through this. Several alternatives can be organized through the decision-making frame through the local tact process derived in this study. It should be recognized that heritage is national, not private property. The result includes a community participation process, including applications for changes to heritage status. Efforts are needed to expand the local contact participation process for changing national heritage status.
