다문화가정 청소년의 사회통합형범죄안전지표에 대한 평가 연구 (A Study on the evaluation for Integrated social community crime and safety indicators of Multicultural juvenile)

초록

이 연구의 목적은 이 연구에 앞서 진행되었던 ‘다문화가정 청소년의 사회통합형범죄안전지표 개발에 관한 연구’에서 도출된 최종 지표안에 대한 전문가 평가로서 지표의 위계화 및 상대적 중요도 검증을 하는 것이다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기위하여 도출된 지표들을 중심을 각 지표간의 상대적인 중요도 및 복합적인 가중치설정을 통하여 최종 지표의 도출을 위하여 AHP 기법을 적용하였다. 설문기간은2016년 3월 10일 ~ 3월 21일까지이며, 최종 회수된 85부 중 비일관성비율이 0.15 이상인 설문 9부를 제외한 총 76부의 표본을 분석하여 각 지표 항목별 상대적인 가중치 및 우선순위를 도출하였다. 회수된 설문지를 중심으로 비일관성이율(InConsistency Rate)이 0.15이하인 응답자의 설문내용을 바탕으로 AHP기법의 전용프로그램인 Expert Choice 2002프로그램을 이용하여 분석에 활용하였다.
이에 대한 분석 결과 다음과 같이 나타났다.
첫째, 쌍대비교를 통한 기하평균 분석결과, 다문화가정 청소년 비행 예방 대비 다문화가정 청소년 비행 대응 비교항목이 2.1499의 값으로, 다문화가정 청소년 비행대응 대비 다문화사회 위험 및 갈등 비교항목이 0.9004의 값으로, 다문화가정 청소년 범죄피해 현황 대비 다문화가정 청소년 범죄피해 현황 비교항목이 2.0838의 값으로, 다문화가정 청소년 범죄현황 대비 다문화가정 청소년 범죄피해 현황 비교항목이0.5654의 값으로, 다문화사회 위험 및 갈등 대비 다문화가정 청소년 범죄현황 비교항목이 1.0000의 값으로 가장 높게 나타났다.
둘째, 각 지표항목별 우선순위 분석결과, 다문화가정 청소년의 사회통합형 범죄안전지표 영역의 우선순위는 ‘다문화가정 청소년 비행 예방(0.273)’, ‘다문화가정 청소년비행 대응(0.236)’, ‘다문화사회 위험 및 갈등(0.170)’, ‘다문화가정 청소년 범죄피해현황(0.110)’, ‘다문화가정 청소년 범죄현황(0.069)’의 순으로 각각 나타났다.
셋째, 지표항목별 복합가중치를 이용한 지표의 우선순위에 대한 분석 결과, ‘다문화가정 청소년 범죄피해 영향요인’이 1위, ‘비행의 위험성 실태 및 비행 발생 원인특징 분석’의 국가관 및 문화가 2위, 개인심리적이 3위, 학교 및 친구가 4위, 가족관련이 5위의 순으로 나타났다. 반면에 우선순위 중 하위의 지표항목을 살펴보면 ‘다문화가정 청소년 비행피해 원인(가해자의 동기)’가 40위, ‘다문화가정 청소년 범죄피해원인(가해자의 동기)’가 41위, 다문화가정 청소년 범죄의 유형별 현황에서 ’기타’가 42 위로 나타났다. 또한, 각 지표의 세부항목별 상대적 중요도를 고려하여 도출된 종합접수를 기준으로 변환한 점수를 살펴보면, 다문화가정 청소년의 비행 예방에 대한 지표가 27.3점, 다문화가정 청소년의 비행 대응 지표가 23.6점, 다문화사회 위험 및 갈등 지표가 17.9점, 다문화가정 청소년의 범죄피해 현황 지표가 17.1점의 순으로 나타났다.

영어초록
