청소년시설과 청소년기관 종사자의 청소년지도사 직무수행 인식 차이 연구 (Research on the Differences in Perceptions of Youth Leaders’ Job Performance between Youth Facility Workers and Youth Institution Workers)

초록

본 연구는 청소년지도사의 직무수행에 대한 청소년시설 종사자와 청소년기관 종사자 간의 차이를 알아보고 직무수행도와 중요성에 대한 인식의 차이를 분석함에 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 지역할당표집(quota sample) 방법을 활용하여 청소년시설 및 기관 종사자 292명을 대상으로 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 직무수행도와중요성에 대한 독립된 두 집단의 평균 차이를 위해 t-test로 분석하였고, 직무수행도와 중요성 간의 차이 검증은짝지어진 표본 간 검증인 대응표본 t-검정(paired t-test)으로 분석하여 제시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 청소년지도사의 직무수행도와 직무수행 중요도에 대한 청소년시설 종사자와 청소년기관 종사자 간의 차이를분석한 결과 일부 영역에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 직무수행도(A)와 직무수행 중요성(B)의평균 차이(A-B)는 -.11점부터 -.83점 범위로 나타났다. 직무수행도와 직무수행 중요성 간의 차이를 통계적 유의성으로 확인한 결과 직무수행도 보다 중요성이 더 높게 나타났고, 청소년기관 행정지원과 청소년수련활동 인증 및신고를 제외한 모든 영역에서 집단 간 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 청소년지도사의 전문성 강화를 위해 변화하는 환경에 적합한 교육과 지원 방안을 모색하였다. 특히, 메타버스 활용, 학계와현장의 연대 강화, 체계적인 역량 개발 교육, 인센티브 제공 등의 방안을 중심으로 제시하였다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the difference between youth facility workers and youth institute workers on the job performance of youth leaders and to analyze the difference in perception of the degree and importance of job performance. For this, 292 workers from youth facilities and institutes were analyzed using SPSS 25.0, utilizing the quota sampling method. The average difference between the two independent groups on the degree and importance of job performance was analyzed by t-test, and the difference between job performance and importance was analyzed and presented by a paired t-test. The main findings are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the differences between youth facility workers and youth institute workers on the job performance and importance of job performance of youth leaders, statistically significant differences were found in some areas. Second, the average difference (A-B) between the degree of job performance (A) and the importance of job performance (B) is from -.11 points to -.83 points. As a result of confirming the statistically significant difference between the degree of job performance and the importance of job performance, the importance of job performance has shown the higher result than the degree. It shows statistically significant differences between groups were found in all areas except youth institute administrative support and youth training activity certification and reporting. Based on the findings of this study, strategies to enhance the professionalism of youth leaderswere explored in response to the evolving environment. Specifically, key strategies were proposed, including the utilization of the metaverse, strengthened collaboration between academia and the field, implementation of systematic competency development programs, and the provision of incentives.
