초록

Purpose: This study is to find out the mediating effects of leisure aittutde in healthcare leisure perception and YangSaeng behavior.
Method: The data were obtained from 320 questionnaires collected by uivnersity students from three un-i versities. They were analyzed by structural models using SPSS. 21.0 and AMOS 21.0.
Results: As a result, health care leisure perception had affected the leisure attitude of university students, leisure attitude had affected the YangSaeng behavior, and leisurea ttitude had a medial effect on the relationship between health care leisure and YangSaeng behavior.
Conclusion: In summary, it is important for university students to raise their leisure awareness and attitude so that leisure activities can be an important tool to promote a ehalthy lifestyle. Accordingly, measures should be devised to motivate and sustain the participation of college students in leisure activities. Most of all, they should be done through liberal physical activity education and club activities.
