OBE교육이념 기반의 창업교육 핵심능력 양성모델 연구 –중국 지방대학교 창신창업교육 현황을 중심으로 (A Study on the Model for Cultivating the Core Competencies of OBE-Based Entrepreneurship Education–Focusing on the Current Status of Local College Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in China)

초록

제4차 산업혁명은 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 등 영역에대해 큰 변화를 요구하고 있는바 교육의 개혁과 혁신은 필수적인 것이며 인재양성에 있어 창업교육의 필요성이 날로 강조되고 있다. 코로나19 이래 중국 사회는 지속적인 시장 불경기와 더불어 청년실업의 심각성이 날로 커지고 있는 상황이다. 또한 정부의 창신창업관련 정책은 창신창업교육 추진전략으로 다소 긍정적인 효과를 가져왔지만 실천 과정에서 여러 문제점을 발견하였다. 새로운 일자리 창출을 위하여 사회는창의적인 교육의 필요성을 더욱 요구하며, 대학교 단계에서 창업교육의 중요성은 날로 강조되고 있다.
본 연구의 목적은 중국 지방대학교의 창업교육 현황을 파악하고자 다년간 교육과정에서 나타난 문제점을 검토함과 동시에 OBE교육이념을 도입하여 시대의변화에 빠르게 대응할 수 있는, 창의적 핵심능력을 갖춘 융합형 인재 양성을 위한 교육모델을 제안하는 것이다. OBE교육이념을 실천의 기반으로 창업교육과전공교육이 유기적으로 잘 융합할 수 있도록 서로의우점을 돌출시켜 인재양성에 있어 학생들의 창신사상및 창업정신을 배양할 수 있도록 인재양성모델을 연구하였다. 연구의 범위로는 대표성 및 전형성을 띤 5 개 지방대학을 주요 연구대상으로 선정하였다.
연구결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. OBE교육이념을바탕으로 '창신창업+전공교육'모델을 형성함으로써목표의 융합, 교육시스템의 개혁, 교육내용의 융합을실현하도록 한다.
첫째, 목표의 융합. OBE교육이념, 창신창업교육 및전공교육의 인재양성목표는 그 방향이 일치하여 삼자의 목표를 유기적으로 잘 융합시켜 창신창업 및 전공교육이 교차 복합적으로 진행할 수 있도록 한다.
둘째, 교육시스템 개혁. OBE교육이념을 실천 기반으로 창신창업사상 및 전공지식을 융합하는 OBE기반'창신창업+전공'과정 체계를 형성해야 한다.
셋째, 교육내용의 융합. OBE교육이념 기반 융합교육모델을 바탕으로 교육내용을 정리하고 교육모델을통합하여 교육내용을 최적화 한다.
이러한 연구 바탕으로 향후 해결해야 할 과제로는실증과정을 거쳐 교과과정체계, 교과내용, 교육모델등 방면의 종합개혁을 더욱 깊이 있게 추진하고 창업교육의 효과성에 대한 평가체제를 구축하여 인재양성품질표준을 보완하도록 그 후속연구가 필요하다

영어초록

The 4th industrial revolution is requiring huge changes in the areas like politics, economy, society, and culture. Thus, the reform and innovation of education are essential, and the necessity of entrepreneurship education is gradually emphasized.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, in Chinese society, the youth unemployment is becoming increasingly serious. In addition, as the promotion strategy of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the government's innovation and entrepreneurship related policies have achieved some positive effects, but found many problems in practice. For the creation of new jobs, the society is more requiring the necessity of creative education, so the importance of entrepreneurship education in the stage of college is gradually emphasized.
In order to understand the current status of entrepreneurship education of local college in China, this study aims to suggest the education model for cultivating the convergence talent equipped with creative core competencies to quickly cope with changes of the time, by reviewing the problems shown in curriculum for many years and then introducing the concept of OBE(Outcome-Based Education). In order for both entrepreneurship education and major education to be organically converged based on the concept of OBE, this study researched the talent cultivation model, so the innovative spirit and entrepreneurship of students could be developed for the cultivation of talent by exposing mutual dominances. In terms of research scope, five representative and typical local universities are selected as the main research objects.
The results and content of this study are as follows.
By forming the 'innovative entrepreneurship+major education' model based on the concept of OBE, the convergence of goals, reform of the education system, and convergence of educational content should be realized.
First, it is the convergence of goals. The OBE education concept, innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education's talent training objectives are in the same direction, which organically integrate the three objectives, so that innovation and entrepreneurship and professional education can be conducted in a cross way.
Second, it is the reform of the education system.
Based on the OBE education concept, we should form an OBE basic 'Innovation and entrepreneurship+ specialty' curriculum system that integrates innovation and entrepreneurship ideas and professional knowledge.
Third, it is the convergence of educational content. On the basis of OBE education concept and integrated education model, summarize education content, integrate education model and optimize education content.
As the tasks to be solved in the future based on this study, it would be necessary to have a follow-up research to complement the quality standard of talent cultivation, by more deeply carrying out the general reform of the curriculum system, course content, and education model after going through the demonstration process, and then establishing the evaluation system for the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education.
