소년원 인성교육 실태분석에 따른 차문화치료 프로그램의 개발 방향 (The direction of the tea-culture therapy program development based on the analysis of the personality education programs of the juvenile reformatory)

초록

본 연구의 목적은 소년원에서 실시하는 교정교육 중에서 소년원생의 인성함양을 목적으로 한 인성교육 프로그램에 대한 전반적 실태를 파악하고 향후 소년원 인성교육 정규 프로그램으로서 차문화치료 프로그램 개발 방향을 논의하고자 한다. 소년원생들의 참여경험 분석결과, 흡연, 음주, 약물중독, MBTI(성격), 심성개발, 감수성 훈련, 각종 치료프로그램 등 30여 개 이상의 인성교육 프로그램이 진행 중이었다. 그러나 성비행 예방교육, 폭력예방교육 등의 프로그램들에 주로 참여경험이 높았다. 희망 프로그램으로는 소년원 구별 없이 심리치료적 접근방식을 1순위로 원하고 있었고, 2순위는 인문학적 및 기타 접근방식에 대한 욕구가 나타났다. 따라서 한국적 차문화요소를 기반으로 신체적 기능, 사회적 기능, 정서적 기능, 교육적 기능 활성화 요소를 갖춘 통합형 인성교육의 특성을 지닌 차문화치료 프로그램을 소년원의 인성교육 정규 프로그램으로 편입시켜 소년원생들에게 동기부여를 할 수 있도록 하면서, 과학적이고 체계적인 개입연구방법으로 소년원생들이 희망하는 인성교육 프로그램으로 개발하여 정착하는 것이 시급하고 필수적이다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the overall status of the character education program for personality cultivation among the correctional education programs conducted by juvenile reformatories, and then discuss the direction of tea-culture therapy program development as a regular program of the character education for juvenile reformatory inmates. The results of the analysis of the participation experience showed that the inmates had high participation experience in programs such as sex offense prevention education and violence prevention education, while more than 30 personality education programs were under way, including smoking, drinking, drug addiction, MBTI, mental development, sensitivity training and various treatment programs. Although they were positive in their assessment of the characteristics of the personality education programs they participated in, they hoped that they would be motivated to participate in the personality education programs they wanted rather than the uniform ones. They preferred a psychotherapy approach as a top priority throughout all juvenile reformatories, while the second was a humanities and other approach. Therefore, it is urgent and necessary for juvenile reformatory to develop and establish a tea-culture therapy program which integrates personality education characteristics together with physical, social, emotional and educational function activation elements based on the Korean tea culture element and motivates juvenile inmates to participate in the program, using a scientific and systematic intervention research method for the character education program of the juvenile reformatories.
