4차 산업시대 한국춤의 글로벌 확산 전략 소고 (A View on Strategies for Global Popularization of Korean Dance in the Fourth Industrial Revolution Era)

초록

본 연구의 목적은 4차 산업 시대 한국춤의 글로벌 확산을 위해서 2010년 이후, 한국문화예술관련 글로벌 전략 연구물과 정부와 지자체 차원의 국제교류부문 한국춤 지원 현황을 분석하여 효과적인 전략방안을 도출하는데 있다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다.
1. 한국춤 콘텐츠 실용화를 위한 유형별 대표 춤사위의 정량화와 한국춤 콘텐츠 가치창출을 위한 글로벌 비즈니스 전략 구축 방안이 우선 마련되어야 한다, 2.정부와 지자체 문화예술지원기관에서 지원한 여러 유형의 사업목적에 따른 평가와 분석, 전문평가단 구성, 선정결과, 향후 대책수립 등을 온라인상으로 공개하고, 수요자가 의미 있는 결과물로 기대할 수 있도록 철저한 성과분석 시스템과 이에 따른 인센티브와 벌점제도 등으로 지속적인 관리를 한다.
3. 민족문화 동질성 회복과 국제경쟁력 강화 등 한국춤의 국제교류사업은 전문 심의위원을 선정할 때, 음악이나 미술처럼 한국과 외국으로 춤 전공분야를 이원화시켜서 심의하고, 지원 자격과 선정기준은 사업목적 달성과 관련하여 강화하되 지원 단체의 지원 서류는 간소화한다.
4. 모바일로 SNS가 일반화된 시대에 ‘재미’와 ‘신명’등 다양한 감성을 관객층이 언제 어디서든 즐길 수 있는 KIOSK형 한국춤 AR콘텐츠 모바일 어플 개발과 KIOSK형 IT한국춤 체험공간을 구현하도록 지원한다.
5. 시공을 초월해서 한국춤 체험이 가능한 콘텐츠활용으로 그 신남의 추억이 글로벌 문화산업으로 확장되도록 한국무용가와 공학자의 융합연구와 연구의 실체화에 정부 및 지자체 문화예술지원기관의 지속적이고 혁신적인 지원이 필요하다.

영어초록

This study aims for global popularization of Korean dance in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era. Specifically, it intends to draw effective strategies by analyzing research findings on global strategies relating to Korean culture and arts and a status of the central and local governments' support for Korean dances that is for international interchange - the research findings and the status from 2010. The findings of this research are as follows: 1. Above all, quantification of representative dance movements of each type for commercialization of Korean dance contents should be done and methods of establishment of global business strategies for creation of value of Korean dance contents should be developed.
2. The evaluation and analysis of projects aimed at goals of several types (the projects supported by the institutions supporting culture and arts that belong to the central and local governments), the organization of a professional evaluation group, the selection result, the establishment of measures, etc. should be made public online; and the projects should be managed continuously through a thorough performance analysis system and an incentive program, a penalty point rule, etc., which are related to the performance analysis system, so the project demanders can expect significant outcomes.
3. As for dance-related international interchange projects for purposes including the recovery of homogeneity of national cultures and the strengthening of international competitiveness of the national cultures, those who majored either in Korean dance or foreign dance should be selected as deliberating council members, as in music and art, rather than those who majored in Korean dance or modern dance or ballet. The application requirements and selection criteria should be strengthened in relation to the achievement of the business objectives; but the application materials submitted by the organizations applying should be simplified.
4. In the era when SNS use by mobile device is common, it is necessary to support the development of Kiosk-type mobile apps for AR Korean dance contents, through which target audiences can enjoy various feelings (e.g. ‘fun’ and ‘joy’) anytime and anywhere, and the creation of kiosk-type IT-based experiential spaces for Korean dances.
5. It is necessary for the institutions supporting culture and arts that belong to the central and local governments to support in a continuous and innovative way the convergence researches of Korean dancers and engineers and the substantialization of the researches, with the aim of expanding the memories (e.g. ‘fun’ and ‘joy’) into the global cultural industry with the use of contents by which people can experience Korean dances by transcending time and space.
