초록

先秦時代 中國 東北地域에서는 다양한 靑銅器文化가 발전하였다. 이 가운데 馬具는 內蒙古 동남부의 老哈河流域과遼寧省 서부의 大·小凌河流域, 遼寧省 중부의 瀋陽地區 일대에서 확인되고 있다. 이 지역에서 馬具가 처음 등장하는시기는 西周 初에 해당하는 魏營子文化이며, 西周 末~春秋 初에 이르면 夏家店上層文化와 十二臺營子文化에도 마구가 등장한다.
중국 동북지역에서 선진시대 청동제 마구는 20개 유적의 30여 개 유구에서 확인되는데, 車馬具로 판단된다. 이 지역에서는 車馬坑이 별도로 마련된 中原地域과는 달리 차마구 일부만 무덤에 부장하였다. 이 차마구들은 갖춤새로 보아獨輈車에 사용된 것으로 판단되며, 두 마리의 말과 네 마리의 말이 끄는 馬車가 모두 있었던 것으로 생각된다.
중국 동북지역의 차마구는 중원지역과 구분되는 독특한 것이며, 西周 末~春秋 初에는 夏家店上層文化와 十二臺營子文化의 車馬具도 서로 차이를 보인다. 하가점상층문화의 차마구는 이후에도 초원지역 차마구에 영향을 미치고 있다.
십이대영자문화의 차마구는 자체적인 변천과정을 거치면서 戰國時代에 들어서면 중원문화 차마구의 영향을 받기 시작한다. 전국시대 중·후기에는 토착적인 요소를 유지하면서도 재갈(轡)과 車軎에서 보는 것처럼 中原系 車馬具를 수용하기도 한다

영어초록

Multiple Bronze cultures existed in northeastern China during the Pre-Qin period. The chariot fittings and harnesses of these cultures were unearthed in the valley of Laohahe River in southeastern Inner Mongolia; in the valleys of Dalinghe River and Xiaolinghe River in western Liaoning Province; and in Shenyang, the central part of Liaoning Province. The earliest chariot fitting and harness from this area, belonging to the Weiyingzi Culture, could be dated to the Western Zhou Period. After this period, they developed in the Upper Xiajiadian and Shiertaiyingzi Cultures between the end of Western Zhou Period and the beginning of the Spring-and-Autumn Period.
Pre-Qin chariot fittings and harnesses were discovered in a total of 20 sites in northeastern China. Usually, a few components of the standard chariot fitting and harness assemblage were buried in the tombs as burial gifts, differing from their counterparts in central China which were buried in the individual chariot pits. These assemblages indicate that they were utilized in the Single Beam Chariot, drawn by two or four horses together.
Typologically, the chariot fittings and harnesses from northeastern China were different from their counterparts in central China. In addition, they can also be typologically distinguished between the Upper Xiajiadian Culture and Shiertaiyingzi Culture from the end of the Western Zhou Period to the beginning of the Spring-and-Autumn Period. The influence of the chariot fittings and harnesses of Upper Xiajiadian Culture expanded to the steppe in northern China. On the other hand, after a long time of independent development, the chariot fittings and harnesses of the Shiertaiyingzi Culture were also affected by the culture of central China in the Warring-States Period. While most of these items retained the traditional style, some components, such as the horse bit and the cover of chariot axis, reflected the influence from the Central culture style during the middle and end of the Warring-States Period.
