일반어린이집과 장애 통합어린이집 비장애 남·여 유아의 색채 인식 정도에 관한 비교분석 (An Comparative Analysis of Children's Color Perception between Day Care Center and Inclusive Day Care Center)

초록

This paper is to analyze the influence of inclusive education on color perception by comparison with the level of children's Color perception between the common kinder gardens and the inclusive education. The survey performed at 2 inclusive day care centers and 3 child care centers on Jungrang-gu, Seoul for 30 days in December, 2010. Total participant in common education are 103 children (boys: 52, girls: 51) and the children kinder gardens are 87 participants (boys: 44, girls: 43). Due to a different number of subjects, the research was compared by percent. This study was based on the questionary consists of 12 questions (preference, emotion, activity, association, judgement, dominance etc.) with the color chips of Munsell color system and KS color tone. 70 color chips from 10 Munsell hue and 7 KS color tones of vivid, strong, light, pale, dull, deep, dark were selected.
The result asked subjects as follows: Result found that the range of colors picked by children in both child care centers is similar. However, the result of color perception in inclusive daycare center is more clear than another. It means that (non-disabled) children in inclusive day care centers are possessed of great concentration. Based on the survey results, this study found that inclusive education improved sociality and emotional, language ability. Also, there is a certain limit as to what observer is able to control many variables because each participants has a different character or personality. But, this result shows that inclusive education has a possibility of effectiveness in field of chromatology.
