개인의 인지적 종료 욕구와 부정적 기분 조절 기대치가 초등학교 교사 소진에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Individual’s Cognitive Need for Closure and the Expected Value of Negative Mood Regulation on Burnout of Primary School Teachers)

초록

이 연구는 지능과 언어발달의 지체로 인해서 어휘력을 향상시키는데 제한을 지닌 정신지체학생들에게 생활중심 신문활용교육(NIE) 프로그램을 실시하여 수용어휘력과 표현어휘력 향상에 어떠한 효과를 미치는지 알아보자 하였다. NIE 프로그램은 18가지 주제로 목표어휘를 10개씩 학습할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 실험절차는 기초선, 중재, 유지의 순서로 진행하였으며 연구방법은 대상자간 복식기초선 설계법 중 중다간헐기초선 설계(multiple probe design)방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 생활중심 NIE 프로그램은 정신지체학생의 수용어휘력 및 표현어휘력을 향상시키는데 효과적인 교수전략이었다는 것이 검증되었다. 따라서 사회생활에 유용한 정보매체인 신문의 다양한 내용과 흥미 있는 글을 활용한 생활중심 NIE은 정신지체학생의 교육실제상에 도움이 되었다는데 연구의 의의가 있다.

영어초록

This research examined how the cognitive need for closure and the expected value of negative mood regulation, which have been drawing attention as cognitive variables affecting the change in sentiment and mood of an individual, affects burnout. The subjects were a total of 271 primary school teachers in Gyeonggi Province. For data process, correlation analysis was used to examine the correlation among the primary school teachers’ cognitive need for closure, the expected value of negative mood regulation, and the burnout experienced by the teachers. The level of burnout was predicted througted multiple regr levele teachers.The r lults of the study are as follows: First, there was a significant positive correlation between the need for closure and the teachers’ burnout experience, while there was a significant negative correlation between the negative mood regulation expectancies and the teachers’ burnout experiences.The correlation between the cognitive need for closure and subscales of the teachers’ burnout experience was high in the following order: emotihers’exhaustion, incersonality, and the individual’s loss of sense of acienclishment which is the lea bucorrelated. B an cognitive need for closure and the expected value of negative mood regulation had a significant effect on burnout, and it is shown that the expected value of negative mood regulation has more important explanation power than the cognitive need for closure. This research is meaningful because it presented the schemes to explore the individual’s alternatives to lower the cognitive need for closure and heighten the expected value of negative mood regulation.
