진로진학상담교사 부전공 자격연수 운영 실태 분석: IPA 중요도-수행도 분석을 중심으로 (The Analysis of Minor Certification Program of Career Education & Guidance Teacher in Korea Using Important-Performance Analysi)

초록

목적 본 연수의 목적은 진로진학상담교사 부전공 자격연수에 참여하였던 연수 수강생들의 경험을 바탕으로 연수 운영 실태를 파악하고, 진로진학상담교사 부전공 자격연수의 내용적⋅방법적 측면에서의 효과적 운영 방안을 탐색하는 것이다. 나아가 진로진학상담교사 역량 강화를 위한 연수 운영 계획수립 및 시행에 도움이 될 수 있는 연수 개선방안을 제안하는 것이다.
방법 이를 위하여 2024학년도 진로진학상담교사 부전공 자격연수를 참여한 연수생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 219명(응답률 75%)을 대상으로 분석하였다. 자료는 SPSS26을 활용하여 분석하였고 연구도구와 신뢰도는 연수 만족도 중 중요도(.922), 연수 만족도 중 실행도(.936), 연수 방식(.655) 로 나타났다. 결과 자료는 기술통계, 빈도 분석, 신뢰도 분석, t검증 및 F검증, 중요도실행도(Importance-Performance Analysis: IPA) 매트릭스 분석 등을 활용하였다.
결과 첫째, 진로진학상담교사 부전공 자격연수에 대한 중요도 인식과 실행도 간에는 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 진로진학상담교사 부전공 자격연수에 대한 연수 만족도 영역의 lPA분석 결과, 중점관심영역은 연수 설계 중 교육과정 시간 배분의 적절성과 운영 시기의적절성으로 나타났다. 점진개선영역은 연수 설계 중 지역별 여건 및 상황 반영으로 나타났다. 초과달성영역은 연수 운영 중 성실한참여 여건 마련으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연수만족도에 대한 중요도-실행도 IPA 매트릭스 분석결과 연수 설계, 내용, 방법, 운영 항목중 연수 방법에 대한 중요도가 가장 높게 나왔다. 마지막으로 진로진학상담교사 부전공 자격연수 프로그램 중 연수생들의 역량 신장에는 태도와 자질 함양을 제외한 모든 영역에서 분반 강의가 가장 효과적이었다는 것으로 나타났다.
결론 현재 운영되는 진로진학상담교사 부전공 자격연수의 운영개선을 위해 연수 내용 간의 중복을 최소화하는 방안을 마련해야 한다. 또한 현재 본 연수는 1월 초에 시작하여 8월 말에 끝나는 연수 과정으로 3월부터 시작하는 학교의 학사일정과 어긋나기 때문에이 부분을 고려하여 연수 운영 시기를 조정할 필요가 있다. 그리고 연수 효과 및 참여도를 높이기 위해 소규모 그룹에서 이루어지는실습, 토의⋅토론, 견학, 멘토링 등의 연수 방법을 운영해야 한다.

영어초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to identify the current status of the training program for obtaining a minor qualification in career and academic counseling based on the experiences of the trainees who participated. It aims to explore effective strategies for the content and methods of operating the program. Furthermore, it seeks to propose improvement measures for the training program that can aid in the planning and implementation of train ing operations aimed at strengthening the competencies of career and academic counselors.
Methods To achieve this, a survey was conducted with trainees who participated in the 2024 Career and Academic Counseling Teacher Minor Qualification Training. The analysis was carried out with 219 respondents (response rate: 75%). The data was analyzed using SPSS 26, and the reliability of the research tools showed as follows: Importance in training satisfaction (.922), Performance in training satisfaction (.936), and Training methods (.655).
The results were analyzed using descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, F-test, and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) matrix.
Results First, there was a difference between the perceived importance and the performance of the Career and Academic Counseling Teacher Minor Qualification Training. Second, the IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) of the training satisfaction area showed that the key focus areas were the appropriateness of curriculum time allo cation and the timing of the training. The gradual improvement area was the reflection of regional conditions and situations in the training design. The overachievement area was the provision of conditions for sincere partic ipation during the training. Third, the IPA matrix analysis of training satisfaction indicated that among the design, content, method, and operation aspects, the training method was considered the most important. Lastly, it was found that in the Career and Academic Counseling Teacher Minor Qualification Training program, division-based lectures were the most effective in all areas for enhancing the competencies of trainees, except for attitude and quality development.
Conclusions To improve the current operation of the Career and Academic Counseling Teacher Minor Qualification Training, it is necessary to devise a plan to minimize the overlap of training content. Additionally, the current train ing starts in early January and ends in late August, which does not align with the academic calendar that begins in March. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the training schedule accordingly. Furthermore, to enhance the effec tiveness of the training and increase participation, methods such as hands-on practice, discussions, debates, field trips, and mentoring conducted in small groups should be implemented.
