초록

The purpose of this study is to identify a causal model for high rates of job burnout and turnover among Senior Sports For All instrcutors using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). In oder to reach the goal of the study I have collected 500 questionnaires from Sports For All instructors from areas including Seoul, Gyeonggido, Cheonan, Busan, Daegu and Gwangju and used a convenience sampling method. Among the question re collected, 429 were used and 71 untruthful questionnaires were excluded. The date were recorded and analyzed using SPSS Win ver. 18. The AMOS 7.0 statistical computer package was used to do an exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM).
The findings of the current study indicate that the research model with structural equation modeling(SEM) fits the three path variables including job burnout, job embeddedness and turnover rate. Moreover, the three research hypotheses were accepted and the result is the following. First, there was a significant causal relationship between the lack of personal sense of accomplishment and link which is a sub factor of job burnout . This result indicates that job burnout decreases as stability increases. Second, lack of personal sense of accomplishment increases suitability. This result indicates that job burnout increases as job embeddednesss increases. Third, job embeddendness has a significant influence on job burnout.
