골프장 캐디가 지각하는 감정표현규범, 감정노동, 감정소진 및 이직의도와의 관계 (The Relationship among the Norm of Expression Recognized by Caddies Associated in Golf Courses, Emotional Labor, Emotion Burnout and Turnover Intention)

초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among the norm of expression recognized by golf caddies, emotional labor, emotion burnout and turnover intention.
Method: The questionnaires were distributed to 5 golf courses located in Gyeonggi area from November, 2018 through January, 2019. A total of 473 questionnaires were used as final validity sample. Frequency analysis, EFA, reliability analysis, and CFI, structure equation model analysis were performed by using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 data process programs.
Results: The results of this study are follows. 1) The norm of emotion expression had a positive influence both on surface behavior and internal behavior of emotional labor. 2) The surface behavior of emotional labor had positive influence on emotion burnout. 3) The internal behavior of emotional labor had negative influence on emotion burnout. 4) Emotion burnout had positive influence on turnover intention.
Conclusion: In summary, to prevent or discontinue the process of burnout, those factors that are important for balancing efforts and outcomes for the individual at the workplace may need to be addressed. In addition, it also seems that the existence of values that are congruent between the caddie and the manager of golf course may contribute to low levels of burnout.
