진피와 오이의 유용성물질이 남성피부상태에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Peel of Tangerine and Cucumber Usability Material on Men's Skin Condition)

초록

This study was conducted to examine the effect of skin condition change after applying the cosmetics which contains peel of tangerine extracts in their 20's aged men in Jeju. They were randomly divided into 10 peoples of each experimental and controlled group.
Experiment program was applied for 60 minutes each time, twice a week for a month. It was measured the change of skin moisture, oil,melanin, erythema and elasticity by non-invasive bio-engineering method. The results are like following. The effect of moisture in experimental group showed excellent results because the average of moisturizing change in the experimental group was higher than the controlled group (F=12.2, p<0.05). The amount of oil was decreased after measurements, the average of oil change in the experimental group showed a significant difference compare with the controlled group (F=10.4, p<0.05). The experimental group showed a significant difference in the change of melanin than the controlled group (F=10.7, p<0.05). But the experimental group didn't show a significant difference in the change of erythema than the controlled group (F=3.2, p>0.05). The experimental group showed a significant difference in elasticity than the controlled group. According to that result of the experimental value comes to be high, the peel of tangerine abate the skin elasticity (F=22.8, p<0.05). This paper shows that the product of peel of tangerine is effective increasing the moisture degree,decreasing the oil and melanin degree, even it is not effective in decreasing erythema and increasing elasticity. So the peel of tangerine can be used functional material for moisturizing and whitening.
