戴震 學術에 있어서 『戴東原集』의 위치 - 國內 戴震 硏究 추세에 대한 검토를 겸해서 (A Study on Daidongyuanji(Dai Zhen’s Collected Works) in Dai Zhen’s Academic Thought: Together with Critical Review of the Domestic Research Trends in Korea)

초록

There is no room for controversy regarding the academic status and achievements of Dai Zhen, the terminus scholar of the Qing Dynasty's academia, as recognized by both domestic and international academic circles. However, there is a significant disconnect between the academic reputation gained by Dai Zhen during his lifetime and the areas and reasons for his current attention.
In the process of modernization, it was not traditional academic ideas, but rather the emphasis on ontological or speculative factors according to the framework of Western philosophy. The prevailing academic ideas of the Qing Dynasty in textual research were mostly considered unsatisfactory due to philosophical factors. Dai Zhen's attempt to reveal new truths through textual research has received attention and therefore has received much attention. In research on Dai Zhen, although China also has a trend of valuing the field of philosophy, represented by the Mengziziyishuzheng(Explanation of the Meaning of Mencius Characters), it still holds an overwhelming advantage, especially in South Korea to this day.
In this situation, the composition and academic value of Daidongyuanji(Dai Zhen's collected works), which can provide a concise overview of Dai Zhen's overall academic achievements, are expected to become a guide for promoting the diversification of Dai Zhen's research in Korea.
