도심지 재개발 지역의 환경색채 계획 (Study on the Environmental Color Design of downtown Redevelopment area)

초록

본 연구는 도심지 재개발 지역의 주변환경을 고려하여 환경과 조화로운 색채계획의 제안에 관한 연구이다. 대상지로 선정된 지역은 신·구건물이 공존하는 서대문구 냉천동 75번지 일대로 서측으로는 녹지가 조성되어 있고, 주변 고층건물보다는 저층건물이 많은 전형적인 도심의 외곽이미지를 구성하고 있는 것이 특징이다. 때문에 주변환경과 이질적인 색채계획보다는 조화를 이룰 수 있는 색채계획에 주안점을 두어 제안하였다.
연구의 범위 및 방법은 1. 대상지에 대한 고찰과 주변환경의 색채분석을 통하여 환경색을 분석하였다. 또한 분석된 색채를 IRI 이미지스케일에 배치하여 컨셉 추출시 색채이미지 키워드로 사용하였다. 2.분석을 통해 추출된 언어를 통하여 이미지 맵을 작성하고 그에 맞는 색채 팔레트를 추출하였다. 3. 선정된 색채로 입면 및 주차장 색채계획을 제안하였다.
조화된 질서를 갖는 것은 대상지 색채계획의 기준으로 삼고 있는 3가지 관점과 연계된다. 즉, 조화성, 다양성, 통일성이 그것이다. 환경분석으로 정리되었던 냉천동 지역의 기조색은 YR이며, 대상지 주조색으로서 선정하였다. 이는 3대 관점의 조화성에 부합되며, 주변 환경과 어울림에 초점을 맞추기 위함이다. 그러나 다양성으로써 입면에 보조색과의 톤차를 두고, 톤배색을 함으로써 패턴화를 시도하였다. 또한 보행자의 관점에서는 통일성을 주되 기단부에 안정감을 부여할 수 있는 YR~Y 계열의 보조색을 사용하여 편안하면서도 안정감 있는 색채계획을 시도하였다.
환경색채는 주변 환경에 있어 거부감이 없는 자연스러움의 상태, 편안한 상태의 환경의 어메니티를 추구해야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 도심지 재개발 지역의 색채계획에 대한 연구로써 대상지를 선정하고, 주변 환경을 고려한 색채계획 방법을 제시하는 데 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

영어초록

The present research studied on a proposal of a harmonious color plan with an environment by considering the surrounding environment of a downtown redevelopment area. The area selected as target land is street number 75, Naengcheon-dong, Seodaemun-gu, and a green area is formed its West side, and it is a characteristic that the area is composing of a typical image of outskirts of the downtown that includes more low-rise buildings rather than high-rise buildings in the neighborhood. Therefore, the essential point was lied in a color plan capable of being harmonious rather than a color plan heterogeneous with the surrounding environment and was proposed.
The scope and method of this research was to first analyze environmental color through consideration of target land and color analysis of the surrounding environment. Also, the analyzed color was arranged in an IRI image scale and was used as a key word of color images in case of concept extraction. Second, the image map is written through extracted language by an analysis and a color palette was extracted corresponding to it. Third, the color plan of the elevation and parking lot was proposed with selected colors.
Having a harmonious order is linked to 3 kinds of viewpoints set as criteria of a color plan of the target land. Namely, it is harmonity, diversity and unity. The main color of a Naengcheon-dong region arranged through its environmental analysis is YR, and it was selected as mixing color of the target land. This corresponds to harmonity of 3 major viewpoints and is to focus on harmony with the surrounding environment. But this research put a tone difference from sub color in the elevation through variety and tried patterning by arranging the tone colors. In addition, this research tried a comfortable and stable color plan by using sub color in a series of YR~Y that can give a sense of stability to the basal end while giving unity in a viewpoint of pedestrians.
The environmental color should seek the amenity in an environment in a natural condition and a comfortable condition without reluctance in the surrounding environment. Accordingly, the present research can be said to have a meaning in selecting target land and suggesting a color plan method considering the surrounding environment as a study on a color plan of a downtown redevelopment area.
