초록

본 연구의 목적은 도시재생의 확장이자, 지역 활성화 사업의 일환으로 진행된 충청남도 보령시 궁촌마을을 바탕으로, 도시재생지의 감성적경험 및 인지적경험에 대한 측정척도를 개발하였다. 또한, 최종 개발된 측정척도와 보령시 도시재생지역에 대한 재생지지역에 대한 애착과 재생지지역에 대한 브랜드자산에 대한 결과변수의 영향관계에 대한 통계적 유의성을 파악하였다. 이러한 목적달성을 위해 성공적인 도시재생 프로젝트 지역으로 널리 알려진 충청남도 보령시 궁촌 마을 도시재생지역을 찾아온 방문객을 대상으로 방문객의 경험과 재생지애착, 그리고 도시재생지브랜드 자산 간의 인과관계를 검증하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 방문객의 감성적 경험의 직관적 감성경험과 행동적 감성경험은 재생지애착에 긍정의 요인이 작용한다는 것으로 검증되었다. 둘째, 방문객의 인지적 경험의 물리적 환경품질과 인적 서비스품질은 재생지애착에 긍정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 재생지애착은 도시재생지 인지도에 긍정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 특정 도시재생지에서의 특별한 경험이 다른 지역 도시재생지와는 확연히 다른 특성의 장소로 인식할수록, 해당 도시재생지에 대한 인지도가 우수하다고 지각할 것이며, 다른 도시재생지 보다 해당 도시재생지에서 머무르는 것을 선호한다는 것을 의미한다. 넷째, 재생지애착은 도시 재생지 충성도에 긍정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 방문객에 있어 특정 도시재생지의 문화 및 관광활동을 통해 발생된 재생지애착이 궁극적으로는 도시재생지에 대한 충성도를 높이는 결과를 초래한다고 볼 수 있다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a measurement scale for the emotional and cognitive experiences of urban regeneration, which is being carried out as part of the regional revitalization project by utilizing local cultural assets that are being carried out as part of the regional revitalization project, which is an expansion of urban regeneration. wanted to In addition, the statistical significance of the relationship between the finally developed measurement scale and the outcome variables such as attachment to the regenerated area and brand equity to the regenerated area in Boryeong City was sought. To this end, the causal relationship between the experience, attachment to the regeneration site, and brand assets of the urban regeneration site was verified for visitors who visited the Gungchon Village Urban Regeneration Area in Boryeong-si, Chungcheongnam-do, which is widely known as an excellent urban regeneration area as an urban regeneration project area. As a result of the analysis, first, it was verified that the intuitive emotional experience and the behavioral emotional experience of the visitor's emotional experience act as positive factors in the attachment to the place of play. Second, it was analyzed that the physical environment quality and human service quality of the visitor's cognitive experience had a positive effect on the attachment to the place of attachment. Third, it was analyzed that attachment to reclaimed land had a positive effect on awareness of urban regeneration land. These results show that the more a special experience in a specific urban renewal area is recognized as a place with distinctly different characteristics from other urban renewal areas, the more the perception of the urban renewal area is superior, and they prefer to stay in the relevant urban renewal area rather than other urban renewal areas. means to do Fourth, it was analyzed that attachment to reclaimed land had a positive effect on loyalty to urban regenerated land.
