초록

When the Korean War(6･25 War) broke out on 25 Jun 1950, the same year on 19 October, after the announcement of the ‘Resist-America Aid Korea', Guaranty-family Guard-nation's strategic policy the Chinese People's volunteers(the Chinese Forces) intervened the Korean War. Yen-Pien Koreans intervened as the Chinese Forces. The Korean War was the beginning of the ‘New War'.
In this study revealed Yen-Pien Korean's socities intervened the Korean War more positively than other minorities and under the emergency state the Chinese Communist Party East-North Committee advised to intervene in the Korean War and the Chinese Communist Yen-Pien Koreans Committee of Self Government Organ effected on the Yen-Pien Korean's societies with the East-North Korean people's Press
And we will state the social actions of the Yen-Pien Koreans related with the ‘Resist-America Aid Korea Campaign'.
On 4 November 1950, Chinese Democratic Parties announced the union propaganda.
From then on the ‘Resist-America Aid Korean Campaign' began from the East-North Areas to all areas and demonstrations and intervening of the war and it more increasing. After the Chinas' intervention in the Korean War, the participation of Yen-Pien Koreans is higher than the early time and it means ‘Anti-American Imperialism Campaign' extended whole areas and included the East-North Korean People's Press that all press made extreme effects on the areas. From June 1951, thanks to the appeal of the Chinese ‘Resist-America Aid-Korea' committee, the 'Resist-America Aid-Korea Campaign' increased production movement･ the donation of planes-cannons, and anti revolution was extended the whole areas. According to the Chinese Communist Party Center Policy, Yen-Pien Koreans societies contributed to the New Chinese political stability and the intervention of the ‘Resist-America Aid-Korea War'.
In these points, we can conclude following contents.

① After the restoration of independence, the Yen-Pien Korean's back ground of support for the Chinese Communist Party must be obeyed by the Korean leaders of the East-North Anti-Allies.
② But to protect the East-North borders, Koreans social securities and out of border minorities they took the lead for the Yen-Pien Koreans economic support and their phases.
③ The proper period of the Yen-Pien Korean's intervention was after October 1950 as the Chinese People's Volunteers.
④ On the other side of the Yen-Pien Korean's positive intervention, it acted as minority phases and Chinese people's duty.

The Yen-Korean's social trends

① When the war lines laid standstill, the Yen-Pien Koreans societies were more filled with the feelings of uneasiness than those of the beginning of the Korean War because of the report of the U.S Air attack, germ warfare and national disturbances were composed. on the other they have been ‘American fear'.
② the suppression movement of the anti-revolutionnaries pick up all over the country, it was'nt only regulations about the Yen-Pien Korean society.
③ But the ‘Resist-America Aid Korea Campaign' contributed much to the development of Yen-Pien Korean society's industry, culture, education and it consolidated the foundation of the Yen-Pien Self Government.
