초록

Myoungwaljeong is a new novel that Park Yiyang published at Youil bookstore in 1912. Chaeseohonginyokbogu is a work that load to his omnibus book Seongsehangeon(醒世恒言), when is writer 54 years old, publication in being 1627) by Pung Mongryong(馮夢龍). Despite two works is a work that distance for 300 is by time, what effect that is related because there is fair relation. Such as early tales, Gajeonche(假傳體), Classic novels in our literature have known as influenced by China literature. It may be rightful result because the two countries adjoined, formed cultural area through long history. Effect relation between Yi dynasty first term Geumohsinhwa(金鰲新話) and Myoung dynasty Guwoo's Jeondeungsinhwa(剪燈新話), effect relation of Yi dynasty latter term Chaebonggambyeolgok(彩鳳感別曲) and China novel’s Wanggyoranbaeknyeonjanghan(王嬌蘭百年長恨) is true that cannot deny.
As examine in this manuscript, material that heroine will should keep chastity got in work in the past. But a story description method is perfectly new form. It is difficult to speak that writer reads China novel and made story directly. Perhaps China novel is flowed in Japan and was in fashion, and if new novel considers truth called time that was written actively in Japan China novel → Japan’s new novel’s material → It is may not connected to new novel of our country. This point is a problem that can solve if Japan and our country’s new novel’s relation discovered in the future.
According to result having considered about this work, literary nature does not become such work that is worth. Near China’s works have effects to our novel deeply. Until early 20 century that western civilization rush like a flood and new education spread widely. Despite traditional feudal society with lively inflow of Western civilization is collapsed age, It had emphasized very woman's faithfulness that is one of the cardinal virtues in Confucian. It was the most important on tradition society. This point can see that is caused in writer's writing behavior which wish to demonstrate peculiar emotion of our nation when take into account was age that inculcate woman's position elevation desire or equality of the sexes thought by influence of civilization thought.
Myoungwaljeong has not originality. But Park Yiyang’s novel historical achievement is worth about the truth that tried to realize talk of new form differing perfectly unlike classic novel that got material in abroad work.
