초록

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the comparative study of South-North Korean and to suggest the plan for the compilation of comparative wordbook that is used for Korean language unification. In this paper, we examine the present status of the comparative studies about Korean divergence. And we point out several problems of these. Those are ‘unilateral comparison’, ‘mixing up normative matter and lexical matter’, ‘comparison that is laying stress on word form’, ‘comparison that is laying stress on technical terminology’, ‘comparison that is laying stress on dictionary’. And we suggest the plan for the compilation of comparative wordbook. First we explain the principle and process of entry selection. Second we show some contents in this wordbook.
