중학교 스포츠클럽 수업 운영 이야기: 문제점과 금후과제 (The Story of Operating System in Middle Schools’ Sports Club Lesson : Focused on Problem Factors and Suggestions)

초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate problems and suggetsions of operating system on sports club activities in middle school. For the study, 16 research particpiants were selected from B, C, D middle schoo l and case studies were conducted. Data were collected using in-depth interviews. And qualitative data analysis of Creswell‘s(2013) was employed to analyze the data. Results are as follows. Firstly, the problem factors were as follows. Sports games chosen by other person’s will in several games, coercive choice, inefficiency on lesson schedule, classes focused on function, inappropriate learnnig attitude of students, the shortage of tutor’ s professionality and the lack of facilities were the problems .Therefore, the suggestions were as below, to begin with, the advancement of tutor’s professionality and enhancement of amenities are significant. Secondly, all students had to covert their cognition with regard to the lacss and several aspects on boosting of student s characteristics must be considered. Finally, effective course programming and efficient lesson allocation were even more important. To conclude, all things considered, the curriculums, such as strengthening of ability and strengthen recognition, have to be developed not only for cshool teachers, instructors, parents but also students. Moreover, federal government, local government, professions in sports field must work together to provide better curriculums.
