초록

Wenzhou economy in China Currently has suffered with severe economy crisis which so many company faced with bankruptcy and business deficit.
Wenzhou economic development model has been evaluated as successful leading model in Chinese economic reform and transformation for marketization and privatization with small and inter medium sized company in the past. But Wenzhou company abruptly faced with great difficulties and high obstacles for development, so bankruptcy of company occurred repeatedly and spread over entire company in city. This paper analyze main reasons why these kinds of undesirable situation has happened in Wenzhou, further trying to understand whether Wenzhou model would be sustainable and suitable for Chinese economy development in the future or not.
This article focuses on empirically and theoretically studies about the relationship among suggested several factors based on the actual economic circumstances and experiences in Wenzhou. First of all, we analyze Wenzhou economy characteristics in terms of family run ownership,financing system, and cooperation of government with market. Further,paper reviews several economic reform’s model in china in perspectives of comparative analysis.
The research adopts analyzing data source like CZSR and also introduces simultaneously new data from CVG and SVG. Furthermore, we conducts dynamic analysis on the economic development model of Wenzhou interms of case studies and system dynamics.
As a result, the findings suggest that industrial structure and institutional innovation in Wenzhou have strongly been related with its high economic growth, at the same time, they are also the key factors which induce economic crisis in Wenzhou. In other words, we can summarize that Wenzhou’s economy characteristics related with developing opportunity and bankruptcy risk follow as very speedy privatization, marketization, small and medium sized company, family run ownership, small sized financial networking and private financing, and processing industry for export into international market,and so on. These factors in Wenzhou cannot activate efficiently any more under the new economy environments and world economy crisis. This means that Chinese economy development model like Wenzhou model should be restructured and adjusted to new changed economic environments. So Wenzhou’s model currently face with big challenges and difficulties for survival game,it looks like urgent target that how the industrial restructuring and institutional innovation as vital sources of motivation for the high economic growth in Wenzhou, up to now, should be newly reformed for successful survival.
