충주문화재 야행(夜行) 활성화 방안 연구 (A Study on Chungju Cultural Heritage Night Trip)

초록

본 연구의 목적은 충청북도 충주중원문화재단이 개최하는 충주문화재야행의 발전 방향과 지속가능성을 문헌연구와 사례연구를 통해 살펴보는 것이다.
충주문화재야행은 여타 지자체와는 달리 충주중원문화재단에서 직접 기획하고 전체 운영을 하고 있다는 점에서 지자체의 의지와 지역문화재단의 역할을 함께 도모해 볼 수 있다는 점은 중요한 부분이다.
충주문화재야행은 2021년에 문화재 야행 사업으로 선정되어 2022년에 이어 2023년까지 3회 연속 진행되었다. 충주시 소재 유무형 역사 문화재를 중심으로 한 지역의 문화유산을 활용한 문화사업을 추진하여 충주시의 역사적, 지리적 문화재에 대한 이해도를 증진시키고 충주지역의 역사문화 우수성을 널리 알리려는 목적이 있다.
야행의 주요 프로그램은 테마별로 야경(夜景), 야로(夜路), 야사(夜史), 야설(夜說), 야화(夜畵), 야식(夜食), 야시(夜市), 야숙(夜宿)까지 총 8개 항목으로 구성되어 있다.
충주중원문화재단의 충주문화재야행은 문화재청에서 시행하는 충북지역 문화유산 야행 사업으로 선정되었고, 지역을 대표할 수 있는 야간특화 프로그램으로 활성화할 기회가 되었다는 점에서 전반적인 사항을 재검토할 때가 되었다. 충주문화재야행을 통해 그 지속가능성을 살펴서 야행으로서의 미래가치와 고품격 문화유산 야행으로서의 활성화 방안에 대해 논의하고자 한다.
이를 위해 충주문화재야행 프로그램에 대한 방문객의 반응과 만족도를 조사하여, 충주문화재 야간관광 프로그램을 다른 지역과 차별화할 수 있도록 개선, 발전시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the development direction and sustainability of the Chungju(City) Cultural Heritage Night Trip held by the Chungju Jungwon Cultural Foundation in Chungbuk Province through literature research and case studies.
The Chungju Cultural Heritage Night Trip is different from other local governments in that it is planned and operated directly by the Chungju Jungwon Cultural Foundation, which is an important aspect in that it allows us to pursue the will of the local government and the role of the regional cultural foundation together.
The Chungju Cultural Heritage Night Trip was selected as a cultural heritage night trip project in 2021 and was held three times in a row from 2022 to 2023. The purpose is to promote cultural projects utilizing the cultural heritage of the region, focusing on tangible and intangible historical and cultural assets located in Chungju City, to increase understanding of the historical and geographical cultural assets of Chungju City, and to widely publicize the historical and cultural excellence of the Chungju region.
The main program of the night trip is composed of a total of 8 items, including night view, night road, night history, night story, night painting, night food, night market, and night lodging.
Chungju Jungwon Cultural Foundation's Chungju Cultural Heritage Night Trip was selected as a Chungbuk cultural heritage night trip project implemented by the Cultural Heritage Administration, and it is time to reexamine the overall situation as it has become an opportunity to activate it as a night-time specialized program that can represent the region. Through the Chungju Cultural Heritage Night Trip, we will examine its sustainability and discuss its future value as a night trip and ways to activate it as a high-quality cultural heritage night trip.
To this end, we will investigate the visitors' responses and satisfaction with the Chungju Cultural Heritage Night Trip Program and seek ways to improve and develop the Chungju Cultural Heritage Night Trip Program so that it can be differentiated from other regions.
