초록

Chinese government want to achieve amalgamation of races by chinese minority people's voluntary change. In observation of minority people society, change of manners toward amalgamation of races was found. The change is that the manners are close to voluntary amalgamation of races. During searching for the cause, the conclusion that minority people's field changes rapidly was found. Out put change followed by in put change is natural, but this study play emphasis on different out put from same in put by change of field.
So, to concretely understand change in minority people's field, this study compares using Talcott Parsons's AGIL schema. Minority people society is economically richer than the past, a production method grows away from traditional method. And the society politically stabilized by control of government. Social community and group such as school spread new knowledge and culture. And such things make not only advancement of China's global status but also change having pride as chinese rather than as minority races. In case of culture and custom, traditions inherited from the past disappear rapidly, globalization regardless of races was introduced to minority people culture. Also, opinion that finding modern value is better than keeping old traditions spreads around minority races society. Additionally, urbanization, scientification, opening, democratization, capitalism, informatization and so on change personal and social field of minority people who lived in their own world in partial region.
These discussions leave problems such as 'Is change of field intentionally?', 'Is intentional change not desirable?', 'How does change of traditions go on?'. Same discussions are waiting wise response from us living in modern times, Hongkong retroceded to China, Falkland islands lost by the United Kingdom 180 years before. Anyway, Chinese minority races society naturally progress collapse of traditions and identity, and voluntary amalgamation of races until today, valuation times.
