고령자용 야외 운동기구 개선에 관한 연구 -시각적 지향과 사용자 피드백의 탐색 - (A Study on Improving Outdoor Exercise Equipment for the Elderly -exploring visual orientation and user feedback-)

초록

경제발전과 생활수준과 생활환경의 향상으로 인간의 평균 수명은 계속 연장되고 있다. 야외 운동기구는 고령자의 신체 활동과 건강 유지에 중요한 도구가 되었지만, 기존의 야외 운동기구는 종종 고령자의 요구를 충분히 만족시키지 못한다. 본 연구에서는 야외 운동기구 관련 문헌 조사를 통해 야외스포츠 장비를 상체운동 하체운동의 5가지 유형으로 구분하고, 5가지 야외스포츠 장비를 분석했다. 연구과정에서 우선 이론적 고찰을 통해 헬스기구의 평가요소를 정리하여 정보성, 청결성 등 총 12개의 평가요소를 결정하였으나 일반적으로 평가를 사용한 결과는 디자이너에게 제품의 미적 감각과 형태에 대한 개선방향을 제공하기 어려웠으며, 존재하는 한계를 보완하기 위해 설문조사를 진행하기 위해 비주얼 포인팅이라는 평가 방법을 제시했다. 설문지 결과 12개 평가요소 중 만족도, 안전성, 혁신성, 사용성에 차이가 나타났다.팔 돌리기 만족도에서 낮은 평가가 있는 부분은 손잡이이고 높은 평가가 있는 부분은 손잡이와 턴테이블로 조사됐다. 안전성에서 평가가 낮은 부분은 연결축이고, 평가가 높은 부분은 지지기둥으로 조사됐다. 사용성에서 평가가 낮은 부분은 턴테이블이고, 평가가 높은 부분은 손잡이로 나타났다. 혁신성에서 낮은 평가를 받은 부분은 턴테이블, 높은 평가를 받은 부분은 연결선반으로 등이다. 그 결과에 따라 디자이너는 고령자의 야외 운동기구에 대한 각 방면의 피드백을 보다 포괄적으로 이해하고, 사용 평가의 과학성을 높이며, 설계 과정 중의 커뮤니케이션 비용을 단축하고, 후기에 발생하는 수정 문제를 줄이며, 디자인 효율을 높인다.

영어초록

With economic development and the improvement of living standards and living environment, the average life expectancy of human beings continues to increase. Outdoor exercise equipment has become an important tool for the physical activity and health maintenance of the elderly, but the existing outdoor exercise equipment often cannot fully meet the needs of the elderly. In this study, through literature research on outdoor sports equipment, outdoor sports equipment was divided into five types of upper body exercise and lower body exercise, and five types of outdoor sports equipment were analyzed. In the research process, we first organized the evaluation elements of fitness equipment through theoretical consideration and determined a total of 12 evaluation elements such as informality and cleanliness. However, the results of using evaluation in general provided designers with directions for improvement in the aesthetic sense and shape of the product. It was difficult to provide, and an evaluation method called visual pointing was proposed to conduct a survey to compensate for existing limitations. As a result of the questionnaire, differences were found in satisfaction, safety, innovation, and usability among the 12 evaluation elements. In terms of arm rotation satisfaction, the part with low evaluation was the handle, and the part with high evaluation was the handle and turntable. In terms of safety, the part with a low evaluation was investigated as the connection shaft, and the part with a high evaluation was investigated as the support column. In terms of usability, the part with low evaluation was the turntable, and the part with high evaluation was the handle. In terms of innovation, the part that received low evaluation is the turntable, and the part that received high evaluation is the connecting rack. According to the results, designers can more comprehensively understand the feedback from all aspects of outdoor sports equipment for the elderly, improve the scientific nature of use evaluation, shorten the communication cost in the design process, reduce the modification problems in the later stage, and improve the design efficiency.
