재능마켓 플랫폼 구매결정 단계의 융합적 사용자 경험 연구 -판매자 신뢰성에 대한 구매자의 판단을 중심으로- (A convergence study on the user experience in the purchase decision stage of talent marketplace –Focused on the customer’s judgment to service provider’s reliability-)

초록

본 연구는 재능마켓 플랫폼을 통한 서비스 거래가 활성화되고 있는 상황에서 구매자의 판매자 신뢰성 판단이 용이한지를 살펴보고자 하는 의도에서 시작되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 재능마켓 플랫폼에서 제공하는 판매자 정보요소들이 구매자가 판매자에 대한 신뢰성을 판단하는데 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지를 융합적 연구 관점에서 파악하고, 나아가 구매결정 단계 사용자 경험의 불편점과 니즈를 탐색하고자 하는것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 문헌조사를 통해 재능마켓 플랫폼의 개념과 시장 현황을 살펴보았고 재능마켓의 이용자 경험과 신뢰성 요인에 대한 선행연구를 고찰하였다. 이어서 재능마켓 플랫폼의 서비스 구매 경험자를 대상으로 설문 조사와 심층 인터뷰를 실시하고 결과 분석을 이행하였다.
연구결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 구매자는개인의 요구사항을 충족하는 맞춤형 서비스 결과물을 제공받기위해 판매자의 전문성 유형과 수준을 세부적으로 판단할 수 있는 정보를 필요로 하고 있다. 둘째, 거래 과정에서의 문제해결 절차와 경험을 예상할수 있는 정보를 필요로 하고 있다. 셋째, 재능마켓 거래 대상인 재능 서비스의 특수성으로 인해 중요해진, 판매자의 성실성 및 태도를 예상해 볼 수 있는 정보가 필요하다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 재능마켓 플랫폼 이용에 있어서 판매자의 신뢰성 판단에 필요한 정보 니즈를 탐색함으로써, 판매자와 구매자 간 신뢰 기반 거래가 이루어질 수 있는 재능마켓 플랫폼을 구축하는 데 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

영어초록

This study intention is the examination of whether it is easy for customers to estimate the reliability of service providers at a time when service transactions through the talent marketplace are being activated. The purpose of this study is to understand from an aspects of convergence research how the information elements of service provider provided by the talent marketplace affect customers in determining the reliability of the customer, and further to explore the inconvenience and needs of the user experience in the purchase decision stage.
Therefore, this paper contains the concept and market status of the talent marketplace through literature research, and considered previous studies on the user experience of the talent marketplace and factors of reliability. Subsequently, There were conducted surveys and in-depth interviews for those experienced in purchasing services on the talent marketplace, and implemented results analysis.
The results of the study are as follows. First, customers need information to determine detailed type and level of expertise of the service provider in order to receive customized service outcomes that meet individual requirements. Second, information that can predict problem-solving procedures and experiences in the transaction process is required. Third, information that can predict the sincerity and attitude of the service provider, which has become important due to the specificity of services, which is the target of talent marketplace transactions, is needed. Based on these research results, it is expected to be used as basic data to build a talent marketplace where trust-based transactions between customers and service providers can be made by exploring the information needs necessary to judge the reliability of service provides in using the talent marketplace.
