일학습병행에 관한 연구 동향 분석:통합적 문헌검토(2014~2023) (Analysis of Research Trends on Dual Apprenticeships: Integrative Reviews of the Literature (2014-2023))

초록

본 연구는 2014년부터 2023년까지 국내 학술지에 발표된 일학습병행에 관한 연구를 통합적 문헌검토 방식으로 분석하였다. 청년 고용률 제고와 중소기업의 인력 개발을 목적으로 2014년에 일학습병행제가 도입된 이후, 지난 10년 동안 정책과 교육훈련, 성과 평가 등 다양한 분야에서 활발한 연구가 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 목적은 일학습병행 관련 연구의 주요 주제와 동향을 파악하여 이를 체계적으로 분류하고, 향후 연구 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 총 90편의 논문을 분석 대상으로 선정하여 검토한 결과, 법적․제도적 프레임워크, 교육훈련 프로그램, 직업능력개발, 기업현장교사 양성, 학습근로자 경험, 자격 및 평가, 해외 사례 연구 등 7개 주요 범주로 분류되었다. 이 범주들은 다시 17개의 세부 연구영역으로 나뉘었으며, 그 중에도 일학습병행 정책 및 성과 관리, 학습근로자의 학습경험, 교육훈련의 품질 개선, 기업현장교사의 역량 개발 등이 주요 연구주제로 확인되었다.
반면, 일학습병행제의 장기적 효과와 지속 가능성에 관한 연구는 상대적으로 부족하다는 점이 지적되었으며, 향후 더욱 정교한 실험적 연구와 장기적 효과 분석의 필요성이 강조되었다. 또한, 디자인 기반 연구를 통해 실무적 적용 가능성을 높이고, 경쟁 모델과 차별화된 일학습병행 모델의 혁신에 대한 논의가 필요하다는 시사점도 도출되었다. 본 연구는 일학습병행 연구에 대한 포괄적인 이해를 제공하며, 향후 연구의 방향성에 유용한 통찰을 제시할 것으로 기대된다.

영어초록

This study analyzed research published from 2014 to 2023 on the dual apprenticeship system using integrative literature reviews. The dual apprenticeship system, introduced in 2014 to improve youth employment rates and support the human resource development of corporations, has been actively studied in various fields such as education and training, policy, and governance over the past decade. The study aims to identify and systematically classify the main topics and trends of dual apprenticeship research and suggest future research directions. A total of 90 papers were selected for integrative review, and the results were divided into seven categories: policy and governance, education and training programs, vocational competency development, corporate trainer training, the learning experience of workers, qualifications and evaluation, and international case studies. These categories were further divided into 17 research themes. Among them, the dual apprenticeship system and its performance management, the learning experience of workers, quality improvement of education and training programs, and competency development of corporate trainers appeared as major research topics. On the other hand, it was pointed out that research on the long-term effects and sustainability of the dual apprenticeship system is relatively lacking. The study emphasizes the need for more sophisticated experimental studies and long-term effect analyses in the future. Accordingly, it suggests that design-based research is needed to enhance practical applicability, and discussions on model innovation of the dual apprenticeship system, differentiated from competitive models, are required. This study provides a comprehensive understanding of the research on dual apprenticeship and is expected to present useful insights into future research directions.
