초록

This thesis focused on the training of air force manpower among the situations of cooperation between China and the Soviet Union during the Sino-Japanese War. Yi-ning Aviation School was planned as the Dihua(迪化) Branch of the Chinese Air Force Academy in order to expand the high quality aviation manpower needed for the Sino-Japanese war. China Government planned that China Air Force Military Academy which was originally in Hangzhou(杭州) and then moved to Kunming(昆明), was in charge of elementary education, and a branch school was established in Dihua to foster executive personnel who went through intermediate and advanced courses and immediately put them into war. Accordingly, it was attempted to cultivate professional manpower by dividing specialties such as fighter and bomber pilots, reconnaissance and bomber crews.
The will of the Soviet Union was important because these plans were entirely dependent on the Soviet Union for manpower and supplies. The Soviet Union was China’ s largest supporter in the early days of the Sino-Japanese War, but they were also facing a European crisis. Therefore, although it promised to cooperate with the aviation school, it could not comply with the education and flight plan as China wanted, and could not provide supplies such as oil and equipment.
The aviation school soon revealed the limits of its operation. The school continued to exist until it was officially closed in 1945, but it was only the 2nd graduates that actually produced graduates. From the two months after the start, the limitations were revealed, which was predicted from the stage of planning school construction.
Yi-ning Aviation School did not have sufficient consultation with the Soviet Union in the conceptual stage, and it was also a unilateral demand from China. However, the aviation school established in the inning was realized by China's initiative and effort to have a professional aviation high-quality manpower because of the need for wartime. And with the cooperation of the Soviet Union, the school was able to open. Therefore, the history of Yi-ning Aviation School can be said to be a trace of understanding the Chinese war situation, which had to depend entirely on Soviet aid in the early days of the Sino-Japanese War, and the role of the Soviet Union in China’ s establishment of a new defense system.
