이해중심게임모형 기반 변형골프중재가 발달성협응장애 중학생의 운동수행 및 인지기능에 미치는 영향 (Effects of TGfU Model based adapted golf intervention on the motor performance, cognitive function for middle school students with developmental coordination disorder)

본 연구는 발달성협응장애로 진단 받은 총 51명의 중학생을 대상으로 12주간의 변형골프중재가 이들의 운동수행 및 인지기능에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이해중심게임모형 집단(실험군 A) 12명, 기능중심모형 집단(실험군 B) 14명, 대조군 25명으로 나누어 연구를 진행하였으며, 세 집단 모두 실험 전, 6주 후, 12주 후에 운동수행(BOT-2, 변형골프수행력) 및 인지기능(공간시각화, 시공간작업기억) 검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 운동수행능력(BOT-2)은 세 집단 간 상호작용이 나타났다(p=.000). 그룹에 대한 시기 간 변화에서 실험군 A는 midtest와 posttest(p=.000), pretest와 posttest(p=.000)에서 유의한 차이를 보였고, 실험군 B는 pretest와 midtest(p=.03), pretest와 posttest(p=.013)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 시기에 대한 그룹 간 변화는, posttest에서 실험군A와 대조군 간에 유의한(p=.007) 차이가 나타났다. 변형골프수행력을 비교하기 위해 두 실험 집단(A, B)을 비교하였으며 상호작용이 나타났다(p=.007). 그룹에 대한 시기 간 변화를 살펴보면, 실험군 A는 midtest와 posttest(p=.000), pretest와 posttest(p=.000)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 실험군 B는 pretest와 midtest(p=.009), midtest와 posttest(p=.002), pretest와 posttest(p=.000)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 시기에 대한 그룹 간 변화는, midtest에서 실험군A와 실험군B 간에 유의한(p=.000) 차이가 나타났다. 공간시각화능력의 경우 집단 간 상호작용이 나타났으며(p=.043), 그룹에 대한 시기 간 변화에서 실험군 A는 pretest와 posttest(p=.001)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 시공간 작업기억능력은 세 집단 간 상호작용(p=.783)이 나타나지 않았다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of 12 weeks of adapted golf intervention on motor performance and cognitive function of 51 middle school students diagnosed with developmental coordination disorder. The study was conducted by dividing the study into 12 players in the TGFU model group(experimental group A), 14 people in the technical model group(experimental group B), and 25 people in the control group. All three groups were tested on exercise before, 6 weeks, and 12 weeks after the experiment(BOT-2, modified golf performance) and cognitive function (spatial visualization, spatiotemporal working memory). As a result of the study, there was an interaction between the three groups for exercise performance(BOT-2) (p=.000). Experimental group A showed significant differences in midtest and posttest(p=.000) and pretest and posttest (p=.000) in the change between time periods for groups, and experimental group B show a significant difference between pretest and midtest (p=.03) and pretest. and posttest (p=.013) showed a significant difference. In the posttest, there was a significant (p=.007) difference between the experimental group A and the control group. To compare the modified golf performance, two experimental groups (A, B) were compared, and an interaction was found(p=.007). Looking at the change between time periods for the groups, there was a significant difference between the midtest and posttest (p=.000) and pretest and posttest (p=.000) in experimental group A. Experimental group B showed significant differences in pretest and midtest (p=.009), midtest and posttest (p=.002), and pretest and posttest (p=.000). In the midtest, there was a significant (p=.000) difference between the experimental group A and the experimental group B. In the case of spatial visualization ability, there was an interaction between groups (p=.043), and in experimental group A, there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest (p=.001) in the group-to-period change. There was no interaction between the three groups (p=.783) for spatiotemporal working memory.
