대응규칙을 통한 일본한자음 학습방안 - ja・oa 계열을 중심으로 - (A Learning Method of Sino-Japanese according to Correspondence Rules: The ja・oa Vowels of Sino-Korean)

초록

본고에서는 常用漢字表(2010)에서 ja・jaC・oa・oaC에 해당하는 98字 107音을 연구대상으로 하여 한・일 한자음 간의 대응관계를 분석하고, 일본한자음의 학습에 필요한 사항에 관하여 고찰해 보았다(1)한국한자음 ja는 일본한자음 ja(71.42%)와 주로 대응하며, 한국한자음 jaŋ은 jou(83.33%)와 jak은 jaku(100%)와 주된 대응관계를 이루고 있다. 따라서 ①ja⇒ja와 ②jaŋ⇒jou라는 대응관계를 숙지할 필요가 있으며 ②의 대응관계에서 連母音의 長母音化를 통한 변화를 이해할 필요가 있다. 또한 ③jak⇒jaku의 대응관계에서 받침 [ㄱ]을 일본한자음에서는 開音節化된 [ク]로 수용했다는 점을 이해할 필요가 있다.
(2)한국한자음 wa는 일본한자음 a(76.92%)와 주로 대응하며, 한국한자음 oaN은 aN(91.66%)과, oaŋ은 ou(85.71%)와, oal은 atu(100%)와, oak은 aku(100%)와 주된 대응관계를 이루고 있다. 따라서 ④oa⇒wa>a라는 대응관계를 통해 일본한자음에 걸친 合拗音의 소멸을 이해할 필요가 있으며, ⑥oan⇒wau>ou의 대응관계에서는 連母音의 長母音化로 변화된 점을 이해할 필요가 있다. 또한 ⑤oan⇒waN>aN, ⑦oal⇒watu>atu ⑧oak⇒waku>aku의 대응관계에서는 일본한자음에서 合拗音의 소멸로 인해 直音 a가 되었으며, 받침 [ㄴ]은 일본한자음에서 [ン]으로, 받침 [ㄹ]은 대부분 [ツ]로 나타난다는 점을 학습할 필요가 있다.

영어초록

In this research, we extracted 98 Chinese characters corresponding to the /ja/・/oa/ vowels of Sino-Korean in the Joyo Kanji Table(2010). Then we analyzed the correspondence relationships between Sino-Korean and Sino-Japanese. Furthermore, we considered learning methods to help learners learn Sino-Japanese. The conclusions drawn are as follows.
(1)The /ja/ sounds of Sino-Korean mainly correspond to the /ja/(71.42%) vowel of Sino-Japanese; the /jaŋ/ sounds correspond to /jou/(83.33%); and the /jak/ sounds correspond to /jaku/(100%). Accordingly, it is necessary to understand the correspondence relationships of ①ja⇒ja and ②jaŋ⇒jou, and also it is necessary to learn the occurrence of long vowelization in the correspondence relationships of ②jaŋ⇒jou. Furthermore, in the case of correspondence relationships of ③jak⇒jaku, it is necessary to know that the final consonant /k/(ㄱ) of Sino-Korean is appeals as /ku/(ク) in Sino-Japanese.
(2)The /oa/ sounds of Sino-Korean mainly correspond to the /a/(76.92%) vowel of Sino-Japanese; the /oaN/ sounds correspond to /aN/(91.66%); the /oaŋ/ sounds correspond to /ou/(85.71%); the /oal/ sounds correspond to /atu/(100%); and the /oak/ sounds correspond to /aku/(100%). Accordingly, it is necessary to understand that the deletion of the contracted sound that contains /w/ vowel occurs in the correspondence relationships of ④oa⇒uwa>a. Furthermore, it is needed to learn the occurrence of long vowelization in the correspondence relationships of ⑥oan⇒wau>ou. In addition, in the correspondence relationships of ⑤oan⇒waN>aN・⑦oal⇒watu>atu・⑧oak⇒waku>aku,　it is necessary to　note /a/ vowel appeares by the deletion of the contracted sound that contains /w/ vowel in Sino Japanese, and it is also necessary to learn that the final consonant /n/(ㄴ) of Sino Korean is appeals as /N/(ン) in Sino Japanese, and the final consonant /l/(ㄹ) is appeals as /ʦu/(ツ) in Sino-Japanese.
We will study the correspondence rules between Sino-Korean with other vowels and Sino-Japanese. Through these studies, we will continue to present the Learning method of Chinese characters.
