대한민국 고등 교육기관의 교훈에 관한 연구 ― 대학교와 대학을 중심으로: 가장 선호하는 교훈은 眞理 ― (Republic of Korea to study the lessons of higher education institutions - Focusing on universities and colleges : the favorite lessons of truth)

초록

어떤 나라나 어떤 단체들이라도 그들의 설립 정신이나 또는 추구하는 목표지향점이나 이념과 이상을 축약(縮約)한 간단한 어휘를 제정하여 항상 숙지(熟知)하고 이를 실현시키기 위하여 노력을 경주한다. 이러한 면에서 각 학교들이 저마다 교훈을 제정하여 창학(創學)정신을 바탕으로 국가가 요구하는 인재를 양성하고 있다. 교훈에는 민족정신, 건국이념, 국가관, 윤리관, 직업관, 인생관 등이 포함되는 것은 당연하다고 할 것이다. 따라서 교훈(敎訓)이 현장 교육에 미치는 영향력을 대단한 것이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 우리나라 학교교육에서 교훈(敎訓)을 숙지(熟知)시키고 일상의 교육활동에 적용하는 것은 그 중요성에 비하여 너무나 미약한 현실이다. 이 점은 교육기관의 설립자, 교육자는 물론 피교육자들도 교훈에 대한 인식을 새로이 하여 차원 높은 교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다.
우리나라 대학들이 제정한 교훈(敎訓)의 선호도로 보면 대학교는 진리(眞理)가 61개 대학으로 가장 높았고 봉사(奉仕) - 42개 대학, 창조(創造) - 39개 대학, 사랑-23개 대학, 창의(創意) -17개 대학, 자유(自由) - 16개 대학, 성실(誠實) -13개 대학, 정의(正義) -12개 대학, 진리탐구(眞理探究) - 9개 대학 순서를 보였다. 대학은 성실(誠實)의 경우, 41개 대학에서 사용되어 가장 많은 선호도를 나타내었고 다음으로 봉사(奉仕)가 41개 대학, 창의(創意)가 28개 대학, 진리(眞理)가 23개 대학, 창조(創造)가 19개 대학, 근면(勤勉)이 17개 대학, 사랑과 정의(正義)의 2가지 종류가 10개 대학, 박애(博愛)와 협동(協同)의 2가지 종류가 8개 대학으로 순서를 보였다.
결론적으로 대학교가 학문에 주력하고자 진리(眞理)에 비중을 두었다면 대학은 직장인, 직업인에 주안점을 두어 봉사(奉仕)와 근면(勤勉)에 주력하는 모습을 보여주고 있다. 따라서 본 논고를 통하여 필자는 애써 제정한 교훈(敎訓)을 소중히 여기며 교육현장에서 많은 비중을 둔 가운데 나라의 교육이 시행되기를 간절히 바라는 바이다.

영어초록

All countries and organizations to pursue their goal the establishment of a psychiatric profession, a summary of ideas and ideals to create a simple vocabulary, always strive to learn and to achieve this.
In this respect, the schools they established a lesson on the founding spirit of the country are required to train personnel. Lessons in the national spirit, our founding documents, Pavilion, ethics, occupational sense, and is included on life is natural. Therefore, the lessons from the on-site training will be a great impact. Nevertheless, schools in the country to learn lessons to apply to everyday life the importance of education so weak.
These aspects of the founder of the educational institutions, educators as well as new audiences to think about lessons learned by some higher level education will be needed.
I learned that schools of education in the field important to have weak heart is always sad. In fact, it made sense to remind ourselves of the lessons and physical education lessons at too great a role in the research was the desire.
Among several institutions of higher education institution four hundred colleges and universities to cover the lessons of the founding philosophy of the school to pursue their education and on-site training to help determine the direction that I hope the opportunity.
Made by many colleges look to the lessons of the rating, the University of serving the truth was the highest in 61 universities, 42 universities, 39 universities have created, I love the 23 universities, 17 colleges have creative freedom, 16 universities and integrity 13 universities, 12 university-defined, in seeking the order of the nine universities, respectively.
University of cases, good faith is used in the 41 universities showed the most affinity to the 41 service universities, the window is 28 universities, 23 colleges of truth, creating 19 universities and 17 colleges hard work, love and justice 2 types are 10 universities, 2 types of fraternity and cooperation that were the order of eight universities.
In conclusion, the study focused on universities to put emphasis on the truth, if the University workers, professionals, placing an emphasis on the diligence of service and is dedicated to the incarnations.
In this study, I try to cherish the lessons created by our country in the field of education to be done with the hope of many important case.
